2007 -2008: Mindset Platform - D'BA (DiGi Business Attitude)
Over the years, DiGi has undergone a transformation to break down barriers of bureaucracy and traditional thinking to become what it is today: a dynamic, daring and different (from the industry's norm) organization that believes in delivering excellent customer experience.
Through this one-day workshop held every two months, DiGi Business Attitude (D'BA) aims to give postgraduate students from various universities in Malaysia insights into fresh, new ways of working and doing business from a DiGi perspective. DiGi senior management would elaborate on how DiGi has managed to challenge the industry norm to become what it is today. Participants are inspired to challenge what is conventional and think outside the box in their personal and working life.
