Here's everything simplified and convenient within clicks.
On 7 June 2007, DiGi signed a co-operation agreement with the Ministry of Health to expand existing radio communications between ambulances and hospitals to areas that are currently not covered. Through this Hospital Emergency Ambulance Radio (HEAR) project, DiGi can play a small but meaningful role in ensuring people in need of emergency assistance to receive help without delay.
We have installed radio equipment (repeaters) at high-altitude locations to enable two-way communications between ambulances and hospitals in the surrounding areas with no rental charge. Some of the locations covered are Gunung Raya in Langkawi, Gunung Brinchang in Cameron Highlands and Bukit Tinggi in Pahang.
