Work@ is about working simpler and smarter. This means being more flexible, more mobile and also in line with DiGi's Deep Green, another innovative way to reduce our carbon footprint (travelling mileage).
Therefore, DiGi empowers our work teams with more opportunities to build flexibility into the way they work without compromising on the deliverables. Work teams can decide to work from wherever, whether at the office or elsewhere and at different working times.
According to the Head of HR Development, "Work@ is just one of the initiatives towards how DiGi makes flexibility and mobility work for the individual DiGizens as well as a team. As it is, we are already mobile with the hot-desking concept, our notebook PC, mobile phone and mobile broadband as work tools".
Flexi Hours and Telecommuting are two Work@ practices that guide DiGi employees to work flexibly simply because DiGi has the culture and the technology to make it work.
