This is to inform that the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is conducting the Broadband Survey 2014. Canvassing period is from 12 April 2014 until 30 June 2014. Notification in major newspapers was published on 28 February 2014. Calls will be made to respondents selected at random from 9:00 am till 4:45 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays except Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur/Selangor public holidays. Survey completion and/or extensions will be announced in the MCMC website: www.mcmc.gov.my.
Please note that the survey does NOT collect any money nor solicit any sales. MCMC has assured that data collected will be kept in the strictest confidence and will be used only to formulate national statistics. While the survey is not compulsory, we would like to strongly urge our customers to give the fullest cooperation if selected. Thank you.

Postpaid Mobile Internet - Revision of Mobile Internet Max 240 (Default Plan)

We are streamlining our product offering by revising the Postpaid Mobile Internet Max 240 to Mobile Internet Max 250 with effect from 15 March 2014. This means that the Pay-As-You-Use charges will be capped at RM250/month. To continue to enjoy better savings, customers have the option to subscribe to the DiGi Postpaid Mobile Internet Monthly 250MB plan from as low as RM28/month.

DiGi® Easy Prepaid – Buddyz™ Revision
Dear valued customers,
Please be informed that effective 1 March 2014, the FREE Buddyz™ voice and SMS quota will be revised to 1,000 mins and 1,000 SMS respectively. Subsequent usage will be charged at 5sen/min and 5sen/SMS.
This revision will only apply to DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers who activate their Buddyz™ services before 25 February 2011 and on/after 4 September 2012

Kuala Lumpur, June 2 2005 - Mobile communications innovator, DiGi notched another first in the industry with the launch of a new alternative way for registration of postpaid lines called Dial A DiGi.
With Dial A DiGi, DiGi is advancing the expansion of its service offerings promising customers convenience. Now, customers are spared the hassle of physical registration even at the interim stage by making a quick phone call to a toll-free at 1 800 888 016 and the SIM card will be delivered to the customers' doorsteps.
DiGi's General Manager, Sales and Distribution, Mr. Chan Nam Kiong said, "DiGi believes in delivering the most effective and intelligent services to its customers. As opposed to the conventional way of filling up forms for registration at the authorized dealer outlets, customers now have the choice to receive the SIM card at their doorstep".

DiGi offers three postpaid plans with its Premier Plan, Optimum Plan and Supplementary Plan which allow customers to enjoy the freedom of getting more and paying less.
The Premier Plan offers zero monthly fee for usage of RM75 per month, flat rate nationwide of as low as 0.15 sen per minute, 0.05 sen per sms and free value-added services.
With Optimum Plan, customers can also enjoy the zero monthly fee for usage of RM75 per month, flat rate nationwide of as low as 0.15 sen per minute, 0.05 sen per sms and free value-added services.
Meanwhile, with the Supplementary Plan customers only pay a minimum monthly access fee of RM10 with flat rate nationwide of as low as 0.15 sen per minute, 15% discount for calls between Principal and Supplementary lines, 0.05 sen per sms and free value-added services.
