Digi Joins Business Integrity Alliance as Pioneering Partner

KUALA LUMPUR, 1 December 2016 - Digi believes in upholding a high standard of ethical behavior in all of its dealings where business is built on the strong foundation of strong moral values and a deep sense of integrity. On this principle, Digi has joined the Business Integrity Alliance, as one of the pioneering partners in promoting business integrity within the Malaysian business fraternity.

According to Ola Hanson, Digi General Counsel, "Digi has no tolerance for corruption or any unethical conduct as transparent business practices are crucial to our business, innovation and people. As part of Telenor business units, Digi has a structured approach to integrate ethics and anti-corruption considerations across all functions and levels including having the necessary policies & procedures in place, top level commitment, risk assessments, integrity due diligence, communication and trainings, monitoring and review, and enforcement and sanctions.

Digi employees are also guided by the principles in Digi Code of Conduct, which underlines the manner in which they conduct their business with customers, stakeholder and partners, and defines the culture and the main principles by which they create values.
