Call Divert
Respond to calls even when you're unavailable
Divert your calls to your secretary or relevant personnel when you're unreachable so that all your calls are attended to.

Choose to divert yoru calls when you can't reply, OR divert yoru calls unconditionally if you're unavailable for an extended period of time.

  1. All existing and new DiGi Postpaid customers can activate call divert. No registration fee. No fixed monthly fees.
  2. Each incoming call that is diverted will be charged as a local or an outstation call depending on where the call is diverted to.
  3. You can divert incoming calls to all numbers within Malaysia except to your Voicemail.
Charges are based on 30-second blocks.
