How Does It Work?
Step 1
Register your details on this website.

Step 2
You will receive a call from DiGi within the next business day (Mondays - Fridays only) to set a consultation appointment with our sales assistant on a date that is convenient for you.

Step 3
Our sales assistant will visit you on the appointed date to collect all documents that we need from you. Our sales assistant will also help you assess your business needs and recommend the best Business plan for you.

Step 4
After you have decided on a Business plan, we will send a PHONE/SIM pack to you. At this point, all you need to do is wait for your line to be up!

Step 5
DiGi will begin the switching process which will require no more than 10 business days
How Long Will It Take?
From the date we receive your MNP application, we estimate that it would take no more than ten (10) business days to complete your switch to DiGi. During this time, we will send you a PHONE/SIM pack and work with your current mobile service provider to ensure a hassle-free switching experience.
What Are The Requirements?
Please note that you must provide us with the following documents to be eligible:
  1. Business registration agreement
  2. Business registration number
  3. Account number from your current mobile service provider
  4. Mobile number

Please also ensure that the following requirements are met before submitting your request:
  1. The authorised person's MYKAD and the relevant business registration documents must be available for verification when we deliver your PHONE/SIM pack(s).
  2. You have settled all outstanding/overdue payment(s) with your current mobile service provider.
  3. You are not be tied to any contract with your current mobile service provider.
  4. Your current mobile line is still active. (You do not have to cancel it as this will be sorted for you during the switching process.)
  5. You can indicate all your supplementary lines.
  6. You are not blacklisted by any mobile service provider.
