How Does It Work?
 
Step 1
Register your details on this website

Step 2
You will receive a call from DiGi within the next business day (between Mondays and Fridays) in confirming your appointment with our sales person

Step 3
A DiGi sales person will visit you at a time that is convenience to you and collect the documents that we need from you. No worries, we will do a study on your business need and recommend the most value-add business plan to you

Step 4
Upon receiving the PHONE/SIM pack, you just need to wait for the line to be up

Step 5
DiGi will begin the switching process which will require no more than 10 business days
 
How Long Will It Take?
 
From the time we receive your registration, we estimate it would take no more than 10 business days to complete the switch to DiGi. During this time, we will send you a PHONE/SIM pack and work with your current service provider to ensure a hassle-free switching experience.
 
What Are The Requirements?
 
Registrations are only open to companies that meet the following criteria:
  1. Business registration agreement
  2. Business registration number
  3. Account number from current mobile service provider
  4. Mobile number

Please ensure that you also meet the following requirements before submitting your request:
  1. The authorised person's MYKAD and the relevant business registration documents must be available for verification when we deliver your PHONE/SIM pack(s)
  2. Please settle any overdue payment with your current service provider
  3. You must not be tied to any contract with your current service provider
  4. Your current mobile line must remain active. You do not have to cancel it as this will be sorted during the switching process
  5. You must indicate all your supplementary lines
  6. You must not be blacklisted by any mobile service provider
