How to use BubbleTalk™

Press * followed by the destination phone number (for example * 0161234567) Press the [Dial] key.
 

Dial *# followed by the  speed dial entry [1-9].

For example *#1.
 

Dial *# followed by the  speed dial entries [1-5].

For example *#12345.
         
To retrieve new / unheard Bubble
messages
  To retrieve old / heard Bubble

Press the *0* followed by the [Dial] key.

SMS Notification of new bubble You will receive a SMS notification once you receive a new Bubble Message: -

Hi, I've sent you a Bubble! Dial *0* to listen for FREE. To replay or save message, dial *1*.
Replay Bubble Message 1. Dial *1* to listen o Bubble Message.
2. Press 5 to replay a Bubble Message
Skip to previous/next Bubble Message 1. Dial *1* to listen o Bubble Message.
2. Press 4 to skip back or
3. Press 6 to skip forward.
Create a new Speed Dial entry
1. Dial *7*
2. Press 1 to access Speed Dial
3. Press a number [1-9] to set a speed dial.
4. BubbleTalk™ will check whether the selected number is empty or already used as a speed dial.
5. If the selected number is empty, BubbleTalk™ will prompt you to set that number as a speed dial.
6. Press 1 to set the number as speed dial.
7. Enter the MSISDN to add to the speed dial group followed by #.
8. A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone.

* You can assign up to 9 MSISDN under 1 speed dial entry. Maximum 9 speed dial entry.
Adding numbers to a Speed Dial Group Entry
1. Dial *7*
2. Press 1 to access Speed Dial
3. Press a number [1-9] to edit a speed dial.
4. Press 2 to add a phone number to the Speed Dial Group
5. Enter the MSISDN to be added followed by #.

* You can assign up to 9 MSISDN under 1 speed dial entry. Maximum 9 speed dial entry.
Requesting a list of Speed Dial Entries
1. Dial *7*
2. Press 1 to access Speed Dial
3. Press # to request a list of Speed Dial Entries
4. A Speed Dial list will be sent to your phone in
SMS format.
Erasing Speed Dial Group Entries
1. Dial *7*
2. Press 1 to access Speed Dial
3. Press a number [1-9] to edit a speed dial.
BubbleTalk™ will check whether the selected number is empty or contains Speed Dial entries to it.
4. Press 7 to erase the Speed Dial Entries.
5. A message confirming the deletion will be sent to you in SMS format.
Removing numbers from Speed Dial Group
1. Dial *7*
2. Press 1 to access Speed Dial
3. Press a number [1-9] to edit a speed dial.
BubbleTalk™ will check whether the selected number is empty or contains Speed Dial entries to it.
4. Press 3 to remove a phone number from the speed dial group.
5. Enter the MSISDN to remove followed by #.
6. A message confirming the deletion will be sent to you in SMS format.
Language Selection 1. Dial *7*
2. Press 3 for language selection.
3. Select your preferred language.

* 3 languages available: English, Malay & Mandarin.
 
 

 

How do I send a Bubble message?
step 1
Dial * with a prefix (e.g. 016, 012, 019)  followed by the mobile number of your recipient then press “Call”.

eg:
*0161234567/*0146123456 and press [CALL] .
step 2
You'll be greeted by a Bubble sound. Start recoding your message immediately after the bubble sound.

The recording will be terminated after 30 seconds or just hang up after you've finished recording.

How will I know I have a Bubble message?
If someone has sent you a Bubble message, you'll be notified via a SMS on your phone screen. The sample message is shown in the phone screen above.
 

How do I retrieve a Bubble message?
Dial *0* and press the call button [CALL] to retrieve your new message(s). If you have more than 1 message, the messages will be played continuously one after another. You could reply immediately after hearing the bubble message, simply by pressing any number key on your phone during the 4 beeps.
 

How do I reply my sender?
After listening to your Bubble message, just press any number key to reply your sender. You have about 4 seconds to do that (during the 4 beep sounds at the end of each message heard).

Once you've replied, your recipient will be notified of your message and he/she will need to dial *0* to retrieve your message.
 


How do I listen to previous messages?
Dial *1* and press the call button [CALL] to listen to your heard (previously played) messages. If you have more than 1 message, the messages will be played continuously one after another. You have 4 seconds (4 beeps) in between the messages to press any key to reply.


note: By retrieving the old Bubble messages via *1*, you can skip the message while it's playing by pressing any key. You will hear the 4 beeps interval to allow you to reply, and then hear the next old message instead.
 
 
How do I set BubbleTalk™ Speed Dial?
Assigning Speed Dial (Local DiGi mobile number only):

Key in *#1<MSISDN>
Examples:
- dial *#10161234567 and press the call button, just like a normal call.
- dial *#20146123456 to set the 2nd Speed Dial location
- dial *#30143234567 to set the 3rd location
- dial *#90162211800 to set the 9th location
 

How do I use BubbleTalk™ Forward?
When a user dials *0* or *1* to listen to a bubble message, he/she will be prompted via IVR to:
i) press 1 to reply, or
ii) press 2 to forward

Users pressing 2 will be asked to input the mobile number (10 digits complete with a DiGi prefix), followed by the hash (#) key.

User could also input the single digit Speed Dial location instead of the 10 digit mobile number, followed by the hash key.
