Is Facebook Zero free?
Yes, Facebook Zero is FREE of Internet charges - as long as you surf within the boundaries of the FB Zero site using ONLY the digiwap APN (Access Point Name). Browsing images and videos will incur Internet charges. Similarly, leaving the FB Zero site to the normal Facebook Mobile site (http://m.facebook.com ) will also incur normal Internet charges.

Any specific configurations or settings that I have to use to enjoy Facebook Zero for FREE?
You may only enjoy Facebook Zero for free with the digiwap APN.

How can I check my APN setting?
Look for the settings in your phone's Web browser. Click on the Web icon and look for "Settings." If there is a list of APNs, select the digiwap APN and set it to default. Note though, that these steps may differ between phones, so call the DiGi Customer Service at 016-221 1800 if you require assistance.

How do I know if I am leaving the Facebook Zero site to the chargeable pages?
Facebook Zero will send a prompt message to you, alerting you that you are that leaving the current FB Zero to a page will incur Internet charges.

When will Facebook Zero be available on DiGi?
It will be available beginning 1 June 2010.

Are there any pages that are chargeable in Facebook Zero?
Watching videos and browsing photos within Facebook Zero will incur normal Internet charges. You will receive an alert about incurring Internet charges before the photo or video is loaded.

Will I be charged if I click on the “DiGi” logo on the header?
Yes. When you click on the DiGi link, you'll be redirected to the DiGI WAP portal. Normal Internet charges will apply.

You may want to log onto your OCS account via www.digi.com.my to check. Note there will be no breakdown of specific URLs or links that you've access, but you may want to match the charges with your Internet access times

Yes, browsing the normal Facebook Mobile site is chargeable. The rates applied will be based on your current Internet plan.

Is accessing www.facebook.com on my mobile phone is also free?
No, it isn’t. Only Facebook Zero is free. All other Facebook sites are subject to normal Internet charges.

Facebook Zero is available to selected mobile operators. On DiGi's part, we have made it available to all Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers.

Why am I still being charged when I click on the Facebook link in Opera Mini?
The Facebook link within Opera Mini takes you to the normal Facebook Mobile at http://m.facebook.com which is a chargeable site. You'll need to key in 0.facebook.com into the address bar to enjoy Facebook Zero.

How do I get Opera Mini, and is it a FREE application?
Yes, Opera Mini is a FREE application and you will not be charged for data when you download it onto your mobile phone, UNLESS you are using an iPhone, a BlackBerry or an Android device. In which case, the application will still be free, but data charges will incur. Choose one of the following options to get Opera Mini on your phone.

I'm having problems accessing Facebook Zero on my BlackBerry. What's going on?
Unfortunately BlackBerry mobiles use their own APN instead of DiGi Internet to provide Internet services. This means that Facebook cannot recognise connection as being from the DiGi network rather than BlackBerry. Thus access to Facebook Zero temporarily unavailable.
