Can I sign up for this plan if I am a DiGi Prepaid™ subscriber?

No. However, you may sign up for the DiGi Prepaid™ Mobile Internet Daily 50MB plan for only RM3 per day.

What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?

If you are a Mobile Internet Monthly 1GB or 3GB subscriber, your Internet access will be automatically suspended until the following month. DiGi recommends that you upgrade to a higher Internet data plan if you always exceed your monthly quota. If you are a Mobile Internet Monthly 5GB subscriber, your Internet access will not be suspended, but your Internet speed will be throttled until the following month.

I do not have a 3G/3.5G enabled phone. Can I still subscribe to any of these Mobile Internet plans?

Yes, you can. However, to enjoy the highest speeds available, we encourage that you get connected via a 3G/3.5G device. Otherwise, you will only experience EDGE/GPRS speeds when surfing on any of these Mobile Internet plans.
I am subscribed to one of these Mobile Internet plans. Will I be charged extra when I surf the Internet while roaming?

Yes, you will. Your monthly quota is meant for domestic data usage ONLY. It does not include Internet Roaming charges. You will be charged for international data usage as listed here.

If I subscribe to one of these Mobile Internet plans in the middle of the month, will the charges be prorated?

Yes, the monthly subscription fees will be prorated and this will be reflected in your bill.

The Mobile Internet Monthly 1GB, Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB and/or Mobile Internet Monthly 5GB (the "Plan") are only applicable to Postpaid Customers.

Internet usage refers to the Customer's access to the Internet via DiGi's GPRS, EDGE or 3G networks (whichever applicable).

For subscriptions via SMS, the Plan will be activated within 48 hours upon successful registration. An SMS notification will be sent to the Customer upon successful activation of the Plan.

Each Mobile Internet Plan comes with a fair usage quota. DiGi reserves its sole and absolute discretion to throttle the speed of any subsequent Internet usage or block the Customer's Internet usage.

DiGi does not guarantee or warrant the availability of Internet usage and the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Internet usage is provided on an "as is" basis.

This Plan is optimized for Internet browsing and it is not intended for peer-to-peer or file-sharing applications. DiGi reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Customer is suspected to have had abused the Internet usage in whatsoever way including exceeding the fair usage limit per month.

This Plan shall not be applicable to the Customer when roaming on other domestic or international networks. Any and all Internet usage out of DiGi's network shall be considered as roaming and the Customer will be charged Internet roaming charges as determined by the respective roaming operators.

All other terms and conditions governing the Postpaid Customer's Internet usage in relation to the utilization of the Plan shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.

DiGi reserves the right to revise, modify and/or change these terms and conditions at any time at DiGi's sole discretion without providing any notice to the Customer. Continuation to use the Plan following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). The Customer is advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.

DiGi reserves the right to terminate, suspend or block a Customer's usage of its services for any reason including but not limited for usage for the purpose of Voice Over Internet Protocol, P2P and Messaging services.
