No. As long as you have a phone that supports GPRS, EDGE, 3G or 3.5G, you can start enjoying it immediately.

Do I need to be in the 3G coverage area to enjoy it?

No. You can enjoy it anywhere as long as you are within DiGi network coverage. You will get 3G speed in 3G coverage areas and EDGE speed nationwide.

No. This feature is not applicable if you are roaming on other networks. Any Internet usage out of DiGi's network will be charged Internet roaming charges by the respective operators.

Internet usage refers to Customer’s access to the Internet via DiGi’s GPRS, EDGE or 3G Network (whichever is applicable).

DiGi does not guarantee or warrant of the availability of the Internet usage and the Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that the Internet usage is provided on an "as is" basis.

DiGi reserves the right to revise, modify and/or change these terms and conditions at any time at DiGi's sole discretion without providing notice to Customers. Continued use of this service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). The terms and conditions herein shall be applicable on the Internet usage for Postpaid Customers except if the Customer is subscribed to a different data plan.

Customers will be charged a flat rate of 10sen/10KB.

Upon reaching monthly Internet usage of RM149, the said Customer will be entitled to enjoy unlimited free domestic usage up to 3GB per month. If the Customer’s usage exceeds the fair usage limit of 3GB per month, DiGi may throttle the speed or block the Customer’s Internet usage.

Internet Unlimited Max149 is optimised for Internet browsing on the mobile phone and it is not intended for peer-to-peer or file sharing applications. DiGi reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Customer is suspected to have had abused the Internet Usage in whatsoever way.
