If I do not have a 3G/3.5G enabled phone, can I still subscribe to this plan?

Yes, you can. However DiGi would encourage you to upgrade to a 3G/3.5G phone to enjoy this plan to the fullest. Please be reminded that your connection speed will depend on the phone you use.
Customer is allowed a fair use limit of 3GB during the subscription month. If your usage exceeds 3GB, DiGi may throttle the speed of your subsequent Internet access to ensure fair use to other customers. However there will be no extra charges for any additional usage.

Can I enjoy unlimited Internet access on my phone while roaming overseas?

No, this plan is only meant for domestic Internet usage. You will be charged with Internet roaming charges when you are roaming overseas. Good news is, you may enjoy ourInternet Roaming Max36 of RM36/day while roaming overseas.

This Internet Unlimited Monthly 58 Plan (“Plan”) is only applicable to Postpaid Customer(s).

Internet usage refers to Customer’s access to the Internet via DiGi’s GPRS, EDGE or 3G Network (whichever is applicable).

Subscription via SMS for Plan will be activated within 48 hours upon successful registration via SMS. Customer will be sent a SMS notification upon successful activation of Plan.

This Plan has a fair usage limit of 3GB and DiGi reserves its sole and absolute discretion to throttle the speed of any subsequent Internet usage or block the Customer’s Internet usage.

DiGi does not guarantee or warrant of the availability of the Internet usage and the Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that the Internet usage is provided on an "as is" basis.

This Plan is optimised for Internet browsing and it is not intended for peer-to-peer or file sharing applications. DiGi reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Customer is suspected to have had abused the Internet Usage in whatsoever way including exceeding the fair usage limit of 3 GB per month.

This Plan shall not be applicable to Customer(s) roaming on other domestic or international networks. Any and all Internet usage out of DiGi’s network shall be considered as roaming and Customer(s) will be charged Internet roaming charges as determined by the respective roaming operators.

All other terms and conditions governing the use of Postpaid Customers in relation to the utilization of this Plan shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.
