Q1 What is Internet Unlimited 15?
A1 Internet Unlimited 15 is a weekly subscription Mobile Internet plan for DiGi Prepaid subscribers. In this plan, it costs RM15 for 7 days of unlimited Internet access on your phone. The subscription is on a 7 day auto-renewal basis.
Q2 Who can subscribe to Internet Unlimited 15?
A2 All DiGi Prepaid subscribers except for Prepaid Internet customers.
Q3 How do I subscribe to Internet Unlimited 15?
A3 Just dial *116# on your phone and press 1 to Confirm your subscription. Alternatively you can log on to your account on OCS or you can call our customer service for assistance.
Q4 Will my subscription terminate automatically at the end of the 7 days?
A4 No. This is an auto-renew subscription. Your subscription will be renewed automatically after it has ended at 11.59pm on the 7th day, between 12am and 1.30am. If you wish to discontinue your subscription, just opt-out by dialing *116# again to unsubscribe before the renewal.
Q5 Will my subscription be renewed automatically after it expires?
A5 Yes, it will be renewed automatically after your subscription has ended at 11.59pm on the 7th day, between 12am and 1.30am.
Q6 How much will I be charged for subscribing to Internet Unlimited 15?
A6 RM15 will be charged from your main balance (and not any other FREEBIE accounts).
Q7 If I am a subscriber of Internet Unlimited 15, what happens if I have run out of credit balance when DiGi is trying to renew my subscription?
A7 Your subscription renewal will fail and you will receive an SMS notification on this. DiGi will try to renew your subscription again once you reload OR receive Talktime Transfer with sufficient credit balance.
Q8 Will my subscription be cancelled if I do not have enough credit balance for a renewal?
A8 No. Your subscription will ONLY be suspended till the next renewal is successful.
Q9 Will I be reminded before the renewal of my subscription to Internet Unlimited 15?
A9 Yes. You will receive an SMS reminder two (2) days prior to the renewal of your subscription.
Q10 Will I be notified upon the successful or failed renewal of my subscription?
A10 Yes. You will receive an SMS notification for your successful or failed renewal. For renewal retry after a failed renewal, you will not receive any SMS notification if the retry fails again – you will only receive an SMS notification if the retry is successful.
Q11 I have been charged for my subscription. Before the end of my subscription, I have run out of credit balance. Would I still be able to access the Internet since I have already paid for the subscription fee?
A11 No. Your subscription will be suspended if your account is in R1 status. Please ensure your account is in Active mode to enjoy your subscription.
Q12 My subscription is still active but the renewal failed because I do not have enough credit balance. Will I be charged immediately when I reload?
A12 Yes. Your credit balance will be deducted immediately upon reloading or receiving Talktime Transfer.
Q13 My subscription renewal has failed due to insufficient balance. Will my charges be pro-rated when DiGi renew my subscription later?
A13 No. You will still be charged RM15 for your subscription. Your renewed subscription is valid for 7 days from the day of your renewal.
Q14 My subscription renewal has failed. DiGi renew my subscription after I have reloaded. What will be my next renewal date?
A14 Your next renewal date will be 7 days after your current renewal date.
Q15 How long is my subscription valid for?
A15 Your subscription is valid for 7 days from your date of subscription/renewal.
Q16 How many times can I subscribe and unsubscribe within a month?
A16 You can subscribe or unsubscribe for a maximum of 6 times within a calendar month – after which any attempt to subscribe or unsubscribe again will be blocked. This is to prevent excessive abuse on customers’ side in the event their DiGi Prepaid SIM card is stolen or misused.
Q17 I am terminating my subscription before it ends. Can I continue to access the Internet until the end of my subscription after I have terminated?
A17 No. Once you terminate your subscription, you are no longer under the Internet Unlimited 15 plan with immediate effect. Your account will be defaulted to the Internet Unlimited Max5 plan (10sen/10KB up to a maximum of RM5 per day between 12am until 11.59pm).
Q18 I have exceeded my usage quota of 250MB for 7 days. Are there any charges for additional usage?
A18 No. There will be no additional charges. Your speed will be throttled to 128kbps upon exceeding 250MB.
Q19 If I have exceeded the number of times allowed for subscribe and unsubscribe to Internet Unlimited 15 within a month, can I call DiGi’s Customer Service to help me subscribe?
A19 No. You need to wait for the next calendar month.
Q20 I subscribed to Internet Unlimited 15 at 10am today. At 2pm, I unsubscribe to it. Subsequently at 7pm, I decided to subscribe again. Why am I being charged RM15 again?
A20 Your subscription is no longer valid immediately upon unsubscription. No refund will be provided. Therefore, when you subscribe again, you will be charged the full subscription fee of RM15.
Q21 How can I terminate my subscription to Internet Unlimited 15?
A21 Dial *116# and Press 1 to Confirm your unsubscription.
Q22 Can I use my Free Talktime to pay for the subscription fee for Internet Unlimited 15?
A22 No. You can only use your main balance.
Q23 Does Internet Unlimited 15 include unlimited Internet usage while roaming?
A23 No. It is only applicable for domestic Internet usage. Internet usage while roaming on other networks (local or overseas) shall be charged as per the respective roaming operators’ rate for Internet access.
Q24 My phone is out of coverage during my subscription renewal. Will DiGi still renew my subscription?
A24 Yes. Your subscription will still be renewed and you will get your SMS notification once you have coverage again.
Q25 My Prepaid line is currently in R1 status due to validity BUT I still have enough credit for the subscription fee. Will DiGi renew my subscription on my renewal date?
A25 No. You need to reload to ensure your line is in Active mode before your subscription will be renewed.
Q26 If I do not finish up the usage quota allowed for my seven (7) days subscription period, can I carry forward the remaining unused amount?
A26 No. Fair usage quota of 250MB is allocated on a seven (7) days subscription basis. You are not allowed to carry forward any unused amount.
Q27 I do not have enough credit balance to renew my subscription. When I reload, I understand that DiGi will try to renew my subscription provided I have enough credit balance. But before renewing, would DiGi send me an SMS notification?
A27 No. Your subscription will be renewed without any prior notification in this scenario.
Q28 My subscription renewal failed because my current credit balance is only RM13. Subsequently I requested for Talktime Transfer from my friend for RM3. Will DiGi renew my subscription instantly and deduct RM15 from my credit balance?
A28 Yes. Once you have enough credit balance either from reload or Talktime Transfer, your subscription will be renewed.
Q29 I have subscribed to Internet Unlimited 15 but I also have some FREE KBs (Kilobytes) in my account. Would DiGi deduct my FREE KBs for my Internet usage?
A29 No. DiGi will not deduct your FREE KBs if you have subscribed to Internet Unlimited 15.
Q30 I am currently subscribed to Internet Unlimited 15. I am switching to DiGi Postpaid plans. Will I get a refund for my unused days?
A30 No. You will not get a refund.
Q31 I am currently subscribed to Internet Unlimited 15. I want to switch from my current Prepaid plan to DiGi Prepaid RM1. Will my subscription be carry forward to my new prepaid plan?
A31 Yes, it will be carry forward as long as you are switching to another Prepaid plan that also offers Internet Unlimited 15.
Q32 Can Prepaid Blackberry RM2/day customers also subscribe to Internet Unlimited 15 at the same time?
A32 Yes, they can subscribe to both at the same time.
Q33 What is the trigger for subscription renewal if I my previous renewal have failed?
A33 Your subscription renewal will be triggered immediately by reload or Talktime transfer.
   
   
 
1 Internet usage refers to Customer’s access to the Internet via DiGi’s GPRS, EDGE or 3G Network (whichever is applicable).
   
2 DiGi does not guarantee or warrant of the availability of the Internet usage and the Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that the Internet usage is provided on an "as is" basis
   
3 DiGi reserves the right to revise, modify and/or change these terms and conditions at any time at DiGi's sole discretion without providing notice to Customers. Continued use of this service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). Customers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.
   
4 The existing DiGi Prepaid Terms & Conditions shall apply and in the event of dispute over Mobile Internet matters, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
   
Internet Weekly 15
   
1 The terms and conditions herein govern the use of Internet Unlimited 15 (“IU15”) and shall be applicable only to DiGi Prepaid Customers except for Prepaid Internet and Happy customers.
   
2 For the purposes herein, the following definition shall be applicable:

Expiry Date   Means the last day of the Subscription Period.
Renewal Date   Means the date of renewal of the subscription for the Subscribers.
Subscriber(s)   Means Customers who subscribe to IU15.
Subscription Date   Means the date of which the Subscriber subscribed to IU15.
Subscription Fee   Means the charges for the IU15.
Subscription Period   Means the validity of the subscription once subscribed or renewed thereafter.
Subscription Renewal   Means the renewal of the Subscriber’s current subscription.
Termination Date   Means the date of which the Subscriber terminates their subscription to IU15.
   
3 IU15 is a seven (7) days rolling subscription plan for Internet access on mobile phones for DiGi Prepaid customers only.
   
4 The Subscription Fee for IU15 is RM15.00 and shall be deducted from the Subscribers’ credit balance. However, DiGi reserves the absolute right and discretion to revise the pricing of IU15 for any reason whatsoever without the prior consent of the Subscribers.
   
5 The Subscription Period is equivalent to seven (7) calendar days commencing from the Subscription Date or the Renewal Date.
   
6 The Subscription Fee is deducted from the Subscribers’ main credit balance. For avoidance of doubt, the Subscribers are not entitled to use the amount available in their FREE Talktime to off-set against their Subscription Fee.
   
7 By subscribing to IU15, the Subscribers will be enjoying Internet access at 384kbps (3G speed).
   
8 By subscribing to IU15, the Subscribers are entitled to a usage of 250MB during the Subscription Period as stipulated in DiGi’s existing Fair Usage Policy. Upon exceeding the fair usage quota of 250MB, the Subscribers shall continue to enjoy unlimited Internet access but with a throttled speed of 128kbps until the end of the Subscription Period.
   
9 The Subscription cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
   
10 The Subscription is valid for domestic Internet usage only. The Subscriber shall be charged based on the Internet access rate imposed by the respective DiGi’s roaming operators for Internet usage whilst roaming with DiGi’s roaming partners.
   
11 The Subscribers will receive an SMS notification of the Renewal Date two (2) days before the Renewal Date.
   
12 The Subcribers’ Subscriptions shall be renewed on the respective Renewal Date automatically. DiGi will send an SMS notification upon successful renewal. Renewal will take place between 12am and 1.30am on the Subscriber’s Renewal Date. However, DiGi do not guarantee the timeliness of the subscription renewal and shall not bear responsibility for any damages incurred directly or indirectly due to a delayed or failed renewal within the stipulated renewal window as stated in this clause.
   
13 If the renewal fails for any reason whatsoever, DiGi will not send any SMS notification to the Subscribers to inform the Subscribers of the failure. Failure of renewal may be due to inter alia either insufficient credit in the Subscribers’ main credit balance OR the Subscribers are currently in R1 status due to validity.
   
14 In the event of a failed renewal due to insufficient credit or R1 status due to validity, DiGi shall renew such subscription once the Subscribers make the necessary top up or reload.
   
15 IU15 is an auto-renewal subscription. THE SUBSCRIBERS MUST TERMINATE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION IF THEY WISH TO DISCONTINUE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION.
   
16 The Subscribers can subscribe and unsubscribe to IU15 via DiGi’s UMB channel (*116# OR *128#), Online Customer Service (OCS) at www.digi.com.my , IVR (by dialing +6016-2211800) or call in to DiGi’s Customer Service (by dialing +6016-2211800).
   
17 In the event of early termination prior to the Expiry Date, the customers’ Mobile Internet plan shall immediately revert back to the default Internet Unlimited Max5. In addition, the customers shall not be refunded in any manner on the unused number of days prior to the Expiry Date, even if the Subscriber subscribes again thereafter (no pro-rate of the Subscription Fee). All terms and conditions governing the use of Prepaid Customers in relation to the utilization of Internet Unlimited Max5 as stipulated in shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.
   
18 If the Subscribers did not exceed the fair usage quota eof 250MB within their Subscription Period, Subscribers are not allowed to carry forward the unused quota to the subsequent Subscription Period.
   
19 The Subscribers are not allowed to subscribe or unsubscribe to IU15 for more than six (6) times within a calendar month.
   
20 DiGi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Subscriber’s subscription was activated by a 3rd party without their consent. DiGi shall not refund nor compensate the Subscriber in any manner in such situations.
   
21 This service is provided on an as is basis and DiGi does not guarantee or warrant that there shall be no problem, defect or is error free in the Internet access or usage provided by this subscription. DiGi shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the loss incurred directly or indirectly for such failure or any problems associated to the network in any way whatsoever.
   
22 IU15 is optimised for Internet browsing on the mobile phone and it is not intended for peer-to-peer or file sharing applications. DiGi reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Customer is suspected to have had abused the Internet usage in whatsoever way including exceeding the fair usage limit of 250MB.
   
23 DiGi does not warrant or guarantee the delivery of the SMS notification to Customer(s) as stipulated in these terms and conditions.
   
24 If the Subscribers have free Kilobytes (KBs) in their Freebie account, the Subscribers’ free KBs shall not be utilized until the Subscribers terminate their Subscription to IU15.
   
25 By subscribing to IU15, the Subscribers acknowledged that they understand and acknowledge the terms & conditions herein and agree to abide by it.
