What happens if I exceed the monthly usage quota of 300 MB?

If you exceed the quota, your Internet access will be automatically suspended till the following month. DiGi recommends upgrading to the Internet Unlimited 68 package for users that demand more usage quota.

I do not have 3G/3.5G enabled phone. Can I still subscribe to Internet Lite 33?

Yes, you can. However, to enjoy the highest speeds available, DiGi encourages customers to get connected via 3G/3.5G devices. Otherwise, customers will only experience Edge/GPRS speeds when surfing on the Internet Lite 33 plan.

Will I be charged extra if I use Internet Lite 33 to surf while roaming in other countries?

Yes, you will. The 300 MB quota is mean for domestic data usage ONLY. It does not include International roaming data. You will be charged for data usage while roaming as listed here.

If I subscribe to Internet Lite 33 in the middle of the month, will the charges be prorated?

Yes, the monthly subscription fees will be prorated and this will be reflected in your bill.

This Internet Lite 33 Plan (“Plan”) is only applicable to Postpaid Customer(s).

Internet usage refers to Customer’s access to the Internet via DiGi’s GPRS, EDGE or 3G Network (whichever is applicable).

Subscription via SMS for Plan will be activated within 48 hours upon successful registration via SMS. Customer will be sent a SMS notification upon successful activation of Plan.

This Plan comes with a fair usage quota of 300 MB. DiGi reserves the right to suspend the Internet access should the usage quota be exceeded.

DiGi does not guarantee or warrant of the availability of the Internet usage and the Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that the Internet usage is provided on an "as is" basis.

This Plan is optimized for Internet browsing and it is not intended for peer-to-peer or file sharing applications. DiGi reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Customer is suspected to have had abused the Internet Usage in whatsoever way including exceeding the fair usage limit of 300MB per month.

This Plan shall not be applicable to Customer(s) roaming on other domestic or international networks. Any and all Internet usage out of DiGi’s network shall be considered as roaming and Customer(s) will be charged Internet roaming charges as determined by the respective roaming operators.

All other terms and conditions governing the use of Postpaid Customers in relation to the utilization of this Plan shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.

DiGi reserves the right to revise, modify and/or change these terms and conditions at any time at DiGi's sole discretion without providing notice to Customers. Continued use of this Plan following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). Customers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.
