Q1	What is Internet Unlimited Max5 ?
A1	Internet Unlimited Max5 is a new feature where your daily Internet usage will not cost more than RM5 if you are a DiGi Prepaid customer.

Q2	Who can enjoy Internet Unlimited Max5?
A2	All DiGi Prepaid customers excluding DiGi Campus customers will be able to enjoy it.

Q3	Do I need to sign-up first before I use?
A3	No, you don’t need to sign-up. Just whipped out your phone and connect to the Internet instantly with your DiGi Prepaid.

Q4	Do I need a 3G phone to be able to enjoy it?
A4	No. As long as you have a phone that supports GPRS, EDGE, 3G or 3.5G, you can start enjoying it immediately.

Q5	Do I need to be in the 3G coverage area to enjoy it?
A5	No. You can enjoy it anywhere as long as you are within DiGi network coverage. You will get 3G speed in 3G coverage areas and EDGE speed nationwide.

Q6	If my usage is less than RM5, will I still be charged RM5 a day?
A6	No. You will only be charged for what you use at 10sen/10KB.

Q7	How can I check my daily Internet usage?
A7	As a DiGi Prepaid customer, you can just dial 1281*1# to check your daily Internet usage.

Q8	Will I be notified once my daily Internet usage reached RM5?
A8	Yes. You will receive an SMS once your daily Internet usage reaches RM5 to inform you that your subsequent usage will be FREE for the rest of the day until 11.59pm.

Q9	Is there a usage limit?
A9	The daily usage limit is 100MB afterwhich we may throttle your speed to 128kbps to ensure fair use to other customers.

Q10	What happens if I exceed the usage limit?
A10	We may throttle your speed to 128kbps. However, you won't be charged for your additional usage.

Q11	When does the free unlimited Internet usage end?
A11	You will enjoy FREE Internet usage up to 11:59pm everyday.

Q12	How much will I be charged after the expiry of the daily free unlimited Internet usage?
A12	You will be charged at the rate of 10sen/10KB from 12:00:00am onwards until your daily Internet usage reaches RM5. You shall then enjoy FREE unlimited Internet usage up to 11.59pm.

Q13	Can I enjoy the Internet Unlimited Max5 while roaming?
A13	No. This feature is not applicable if you are roaming on other networks. Any Internet usage out of DiGi's network will be charged Internet roaming charges by the respective operators.

Q14	I have Free Talktime available in my Prepaid account. Why isn't my Internet usage capped at RM5?
A14	Your Internet usage will be first deducted from your Free Talktime at 10sen/10KB. Only usage from your main credit balance will contribute to the Internet Unlimited Max5 usage cap of RM5.

Q15	I have reached RM5 daily Internet usage but my main balance is RM0.00. Can I continue to enjoy the free unlimited Internet usage for the day?
A15	No. You need to remain ACTIVE to enjoy the free unlimited Internet usage. As such, you are advised to maintain a minimum balance of RM0.01 in your Prepaid account to remain ACTIVE or otherwise perform a credit top up.

Q16	I am a new Prepaid customer. Can I enjoy this feature immediately?
A16	Yes, as soon as your line is activated if you are a DiGi Prepaid customer (excluding DiGi Campus).

Q17	What happens to the previous monthly max cap of RM149 for DiGi Prepaid customers?
A17	With Internet Unlimited Max5, the previous monthly max cap of RM149 for DiGi Prepaid customers has been discontinued to provide you better assurance that your usage will not be more than RM5 a day.

1	Internet usage refers to Customer’s access to the Internet via DiGi’s GPRS, EDGE or 3G Network (whichever is applicable).

2	DiGi does not guarantee or warrant of the availability of the Internet usage and the Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that the Internet usage is provided on an "as is" basis.

3	DiGi reserves the right to revise, modify and/or change these terms and conditions at any time at DiGi's sole discretion without providing notice to Customers. Continued use of this service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). Customers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.

4	After daily Internet usage of RM5.00, the Customer shall at all times maintain a minimum positive balance of RM0.01 in order to enjoy the free domestic Internet usage as stipulated in this terms and conditions.

Internet Unlimited Max5

1	The terms and conditions herein govern the use of Internet Unlimited Max5 (“IU Max5”) and shall be applicable only to Prepaid Customers except for DiGi Campus.

2	Customer shall be charged 10 sen/10KB for Internet usage. Upon reaching daily Internet usage of RM5, a SMS notification will be sent to the Customer and the said Customer shall then enjoy free domestic Internet usage until 11:59:59pm (Malaysian time) SUBJECT to a fair usage limit of 100MB on the same day (“Free Domestic Internet Usage”). For clarification purposes, IU Max5 is applicable to the Customer on a daily basis from 12:00:00am to 11:59:59pm on the same day.

3	IU Max5 does not take into consideration any free Internet usage (in kilobyte) and/or Free Talktime (in RM) granted to Prepaid Customer(s) at any point of time. As such, any usage from the free Internet usage (in kilobyte) and/or Free Talktime (in RM) will not contribute towards the evaluated Internet usage for IU Max5.

4	IU Max5 is optimised for Internet browsing on the mobile phone and it is not intended for peer-to-peer or file sharing applications. DiGi reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Customer is suspected to have had abused the Internet Usage in whatsoever way including exceeding the fair usage limit of 100MB per day wherein DiGi may throttle the speed or block the Customer’s Internet usage.

5	DiGi does not warrant or guarantee the delivery of the SMS notification to Customer(s) stated in clause 2 above.

6	IU Max5 shall not be applicable to Customer(s) roaming on other domestic or international networks. Any and all Internet usage out of DiGi’s network shall be considered as roaming and Customer(s) will be charged Internet roaming charges as determined by the respective roaming operators.

7	IU Max5 is given by default to all DiGi’s Customer(s) unless the Customer decides to sign up to any other Internet plans wherein the said Customer will no longer be entitled to enjoy IU Max5.

8	All other terms and conditions governing the use of Prepaid Customers in relation to the utilization of IU Max5 shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.
