If a customer decides to terminate the service with the 12-month installment tenure, a termination fee will be charged, which is the NORMAL monthly installment fee (as per the table above) times the remaining balance of the modem installment tenure.
A customer will own the modem after all outstanding payments have been made. Upon reaching usage quota, speed will fall to 128kbps.
