Broadband's FREE Unlimited Music ("the Service") is offered to ALL Broadband commercial packages subscribed by a DiGi Broadband customer ("Customers") until 31 March 2010 ("Promotion Period") and it is offered free of charge.

The Customers will enjoy the Service free of charge for 12 months upon activation of DiGi Broadband ("Service Period") as long as they remain subscribers of the Broadband packages. If a Customer changes his Broadband package to another DiGi Broadband package ("New Package"), the period of the Service shall be the remainder of the period from the activation of the New Package until the termination or expiry of the Service Period.

DiGi reserves the right to terminate, revoke or change the Service, these terms and/or this offering at any time without prior notice.
4.
Usage
a.
The Service is available by default and the Customers do not need to opt into the Service.
b.
Content downloaded from the Service usages shall be deducted from the relevant monthly Broadband usage quota.
c.
In the event that the Customer does not download any content from the Service for a period of three (3) months or more, DiGi reserves the right to terminate the Customer's access to the Service. If such Customer wishes to access the Service again, the Customer shall be required to register in the Music Club website.
5.
The Service shall be terminated if the Customer's Broadband service is terminated or the Customer breaches any terms and conditions herein or the Music Club website.
6.
The Customer shall be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
a.
DiGi's Broadband usage is governed by Broadband's Fair Usage Policy, located at http://www.digi.com.my/internet/broadband/policy.html and general terms & conditions, located at http://www.digi.com.my/internet/broadband/tnc.html , and
b.
Content usage from the Service is governed by DiGi Music's terms & conditions, located at http://music2.digi.com.my/public/tnc.aspx.
BY USING THIS SERVICE YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE AND OTHER RELEVANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
