Q2   What are the offerings of the Limited Edition Prepaid Internet?
A2   Limited Edition Prepaid Internet is a data only plan without any monthly commitment. This is a seamless high-speed Internet connection via Malaysia’s newest Turbo 3G™ network (14.4 Mbps HSPA).
Q3   What is the price of the starter kit?
A3   Each starter kit cost RM25; preloaded with 5 days data access.
Q4   Where can I get one?
A4   You can purchase your Limited Edition Prepaid Internet pack at selected DiGi Centres, DiGi Specialised Stores, DiGi Online Store, dealers and selected convenience stores nationwide.
Q5   How do I get a Prepaid Internet Micro SIM card?
A5   New customers can choose to opt for Micro SIM at the point of plan subscription. Existing customers can switch to a microSIM for a one-time payment of RM20. Get your Micro SIM from these outlets.
Q6   Can I purchase a Micro SIM package online?
A6   Prepaid Internet Micro SIM package is available for purchase at the DiGi Online Store.
Q7   How will my service be activated?
A7   Activation is seamless with the first data connection.

Q9   Why can’t I make or receive any voice calls?
A9   This plan is used solely for data access purposes. There are no voice capabilities..
Q10   Beside voice, what other services that are not applicable on Limited Edition Prepaid Internet plan?
A10   MMS, Outgoing SMS and Talktime Transfer, Talktime Advance and Super Long Life, Voicemail Services are not applicable on Limited Edition Prepaid Internet SIM Card.
Q11   Can my friend transfer credit to my number?
A11   No, this plan does not allow you to receive or perform any talktime transfer.

Q15   How about my Birthday Bonus and Reload Bonus?
A15   Reload Bonus, Birthday Bonus and other loyalty campaigns for normal DiGi prepaid customers are not applicable for this plan.
 
RELOAD
Q16   How many days validity do I get for every reload?
A16  
Starting from 1st March 2011 onwards, all new activation will get new reload validity. However, existing customers (activated before 1st March 2011) will still enjoy the existing reload validity.

Important:
Your data access is based on your reload validity. So the more you reload, the longer validity you get. The reload validity for the Limited Edition Prepaid Internet is different than other DiGi Prepaid plans even though the reload coupons or vouchers are the same. Should there be any discrepancies on the reload validity, the one above shall prevail.

If another reload has been activated before the expiry of the existing reload amount, the expiry date will be extended, based on the new reload amount purchased.

Q18   What’s the minimum reload?

The minimum reload is RM10. For detailed reload denomination and validity, please refer to A16.
Q19   Can I still reload when my line is active?
A19   Yes. However your existing validity will not be rolled-over to your next reload. The new reload validity shall prevail.
Q20   Where can I purchase the reload coupon?
A20   You can purchase the reload coupons at many convenient locations nationwide including dealers’ outlets, selected ATMs, pharmacies, department stores, petrol stations and convenience stores except Flexi e-load reload coupons.
Q21   Can I subscribe to Automatic Reload?
A21   Automatic Reload is not applicable for this plan.
Q22   How do I perform a reload for my number?
A22   Insert your SIM card to a mobile phone and dial *128*2#
Q23 How to perform reload from different number?

Q25   Where can I check my account balance?
A25   Account or credit balance is not applicable for this plan. Data access will only be based on the reload validity.
Q26   How do I login via Online Customer Service (OCS)?

Q27   Can I opt to change my reload validity (from new to existing or vice versa) based on my preference?
A27   No, you cannot change the reload validity.
 
CHANGE OF PLAN
Q28   I am an existing subscriber with DiGi Prepaid. Can I switch to Limited Edition Prepaid Internet?

No, you may not. DiGi Prepaid and DiGi Postpaid subscribers are not allowed to switch their subscriptions to Limited Edition Prepaid Internet.
Q29   Can I switch from Limited Edition Prepaid Internet Plan to other call plans?
A29   No. Currently, switching to other call plans are not allowed.
 
ACCOUNT LIFECYCLE , SIM CARD REPLACEMENT AND USAGE

Q31   My SIM card is lost, how to get the new replacement?
A31   In the event of any loss or stolen SIM card, DiGi will not be liable or obligated to refund or replace any remaining credit balance or validity, the SIM card itself or your mobile phone number.
Q32   What should I do if my SIM Card is faulty?
A32   You can walk into our DiGi Centres for SIM card replacement but you must bring along the faulty SIM card.
Q33   What will happen to the existing validity?
A33   Validity will remain the same
Q34   What will happen if my SIM card is terminated?
A34   You may no longer use the service. You will need to purchase a new Limited Edition Prepaid Internet pack.
Q35   What is the usage limit for this plan?

The total usage limit (quota) for this plan is 3GB monthly.
Q36   What happens if I exceed the quota?

Your internet usage speed might be throttled according to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP). However, there are no additional usage fees if you exceed the quota.
Q37 What is the speed or usage volume under fair usage policy (FUP)?
A37   The Fair Usage Policy speed is 128 kbps. Reloading will not change the Fair Usage Policy speed.
Q38   Error message “Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.” What should I do?
A38   Your SIM card has been restricted due to expired validity. You’ll need to reload for data access.
