Rental Charges
• Payment of RM150 is required, where RM125 is for the modem rental (refundable) and RM25 is for Prepaid Internet SIM pack (non-refundable).
• Rental is charged at RM2 per day. However, rental less than 5 days will be charged RM10 flat.
• The charging is calculated starting from rental date until date of modem return.
• Sample calculation:
Scenario 1:
Rental duration of 3 days		   •Rental charges: RM10 (minimum charge)
•Refund RM125 – RM10 = RM115
Scenario 2:
Rental duration of 25 days		   •Rental charges: RM2 x 25 days = RM50
•Refund RM125 – RM50 = RM75
Scenario 3:
Rental duration of 138 days		   •Rental charges: RM2 x 138 = RM276
•Refund: RM125 – RM276 = RM151 payment required

Internet Charges
• Internet usage will be charged based on the table below.
• The Prepaid Internet SIM pack comes with pre-loaded 5 days’ internet usage.
• For subsequent internet usage, please reload a minimum of RM10 for 2 days’ usage (please refer to table below).
• Reloads coupons are available at DiGi outlets and convenience stores nationwide:
