| Rent-A-Broadband Terms & Conditions |

| 1. |
|
'Rent-A-Broadband' is a service wherein a person may rent a modem and prepaid internet SIM at a location stipulated by DiGi for an agreed period of time and fees as stipulated herein. This scheme is NOT applicable for rental of modem ONLY. |

|
| 2. |
|
Mechanics:
| (a) |
The following is the process to be adhered to upon registration:- |

• | The Customer shall adhere to DiGi’s registration requirements in presenting to the relevant dealer a valid NRIC (in the latest format)/passport/army ID/permanent residence document.
The Customer shall provide all the necessary details when required.
The Customer must examine the modem.
The dealer shall give the modem and the prepaid internet SIM to the Customer.
The Customer shall make cash payment of RM150.00. |

| (b) |
The following is the process to be adhered to upon return of the modem and the prepaid internet:- |

The Customer must return the modem and the prepaid internet SIM to the DiGi location where the registration took place.
The Customer shall present to the dealer a valid NRIC (in the latest format)/passport/army ID/permanent residence document, the modem, the prepaid internet and the receipt.
The dealer shall verify the validity of such documents.
The dealer shall examine the modem.
The dealer shall refund the RM125.00 (less RM2.00 x number of days of rental). |

| 3. |
|
Payment:
| (a) |
The Customer is required to make the following payment:- |
|

RM150.00 upon registration; and
RM2.00 for each day of modem rental. However, the minimum rental shall be RM10.00.
|
|
|
| (b) |
Upon the return of the modem, DiGi shall refund the following amount:
RM125(less RM2.00 x number of days of rental) provided that the following conditions are met:- |

Such documents that are presented are genuine and valid and as per the registered documents,
The modem is not damaged or not operational/workable, and
No fraud or abuse has been committed

| (c) |
(c) From the RM150.00 referred to in clause 3(a), only RM125 is refundable provided conditions in clause 3(b) is satisfied. RM25.00 is payment for the prepaid internet SIM which comes with a 5 day internet access and is non-refundable. Upon expiry of such 5 days internet access, in order to continue assessing the internet, the Customer is required to reload further and this is available at any DiGi outlets and various convenience stores nationwide. |

|
| (d) |
A rental of RM2.00 per day shall be charged upon the Customer subject to a minimum of RM10.00. The total of the rental amount shall be deducted from the amount refunded to the Customer stipulated in clause 3(b) above. |

|
| (e) |
For payment to be made upon registration, DiGi shall only accept upfront cash payment only |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
|
During registration, the Customer is required to examine the modem prior to acceptance. If there are no objections, it is deemed that the condition of the modem is acceptable and the Customer accepts that any damage to the modem after such acceptance shall be caused by the Customer. In such event, no deposit shall be returned to DiGi and the ownership in the modem shall be transferred to the Customer. In such event, the modem shall be provided ‘as is’ and no warranty is provided. |

| 5. |
|
There is no limit as to the number of modems that the Customer shall be allowed to rent subject to availability of modems in the specified dealer. The rental shall be based on the number of modems and increased accordingly. |

| 6. |
|
DiGi reserves the right to terminate the usage should there be fraud or an abuse on usage. |
|
|
|
| 7. |
|
DiGi reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Rent-A-Broadband plan or any part thereof without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by DiGi shall not entitle the Customer to any claim or compensation against DiGi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Customer as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension. |
