chatz™ IDD/STD calling card will enable users to initiate IDD/STD calls to almost anywhere in the world.
Every card carries a different PIN number that would have to be kept a secret. Do not reveal the PIN number to anyone that might misuse it. DiGi Telecommunications will not be responsible for any misuse/misplacement of the card or PIN number. For any inquires /complaints, please refer the serial number of card to our Customer Service Consultants.
Every card has an expiry date. Users are only able to make IDD/STD calls within the stipulated period. DiGi Telecommunications will not reimburse the balance after the expiry date.
Cards that are already sold cannot be returned unless there is proof that the cards were faulty at the time of purchase. DiGi Telecommunications will not reimburse the money and reserves the right to determine whether the customer will be given a new card of the same value.
DiGi Telecommunications will not be responsible for cards that are stolen, damaged/faulty, lost or for any misuse of the cards whatsoever.
The card value is in Ringgit Malaysia.
Any dispute that might arise from the card usage will be decided according to Malaysia Law.
DiGi Telecommunications reserves the right without any prior notice;
To change/adjust the expiry period from time to time.
If necessary, to terminate or cancel the card usage after it is sold.
To add, remove, change or amend any of the features on the usage of the card from time to time
To revise or change call rates for certain countries.
To add, remove, change or amend any terms and conditions stipulated herein.
DiGi Telecommunications will not be responsible for any loss or damage that might occur through the interruption or loss of use of the service from any cause whatsoever.
The liability that will be borne by DiGi Telecommunications will not be more than the value of the card to the customer.
note: from 1 February 2004, 5% service tax will be imposed on all calls made
