Who is eligible to sign-up for the MNP iDiGi call plan? |

This plan is open to all MNP Port-in customers, who want to sign up for an iDiGi call plan. |

What do I get after my first visit at DiGi Centre/ DiGi Specialised Store? |
| |
You should receive 1 DiGi SIM and 1 MNP iPhone leaflet. |

Do I get my iPhone immediately once I am on MNP iDiGi plan? |
| |
No. You will need to return to the same outlet you registered for your iDiGi call plan once your donor telco is deactivated. Our staff will then process payment and provide you with the iPhone. |

How do I know if I have successfully ported-in to DiGi? |
| |
Your service of your donor telco will be deactivated (which means you will not be able to make calls/SMS with your old SIM). Just insert the new DiGi SIM into your phone, and you will see DiGi signal on your phone. |

What do I do after I have successfully ported-in to DiGi? |
| |
Just return to the same outlet, make the necessary payment and collect the phone within 7 days (starting from the date that you successfully ported-in to DiGi). |

What will happen if I don't collect my iPhone within 3 days? |
| |
You will receive a reminder SMS or call from DiGi on the 4th day and be given another 3 days for phone collection. |

Yes, but you can only change your call plan after 90 days. |

Can I collect my phone from another outlet apart from the outlet where I signed-up for the MNP iDiGi call plan? |

No. You must return to the same outlet (where you did the MNP port-in) to collect your phone. We have already reserved your preferred phone model at this outlet and you may be required to process documentation again if you go to a different outlet. |

I find the MNP iDiGi plan sufficient for my usage. Can I stick to this call plan? |

No, you can't. You will be converted to DG50 call plan 7 days from the date that you successful port-in. |

I'm worried the credit limit of RM100 will be insufficient. Can the credit limit be increased? |

Sorry, the credit limit of RM100 cannot be increased. The MNP iDiGi plan is a temporary plan for MNP port-in customers who want to sign-up iDiGi plan before they port-in to DiGi. You are advised to return to the same outlet (where you did the port-in) after your successful port-in. Our staff will then assist you in changing your plan to one of the iDiGi call plans (i88, i138 or i238). |

I am now on the MNP iPhone plan. I've changed my mind and I don't want the iDiGi plan anymore.
Can I sign-up for a different plan? |

We will convert you to the DG50 plan after 7 days after your successful port-in. You can then change to any other plan apart from DG50. |

I am now on the MNP iPhone plan and would like to switch to another telco. Can I terminate the contract? |
| |
Yes, you can. Please return to the same DiGi store (where you did the MNP port-in) and perform the termination of contract. |
