It supports all mobile phones with SMS and WAP capabilities.

Is there a limit on how many times I can access Football Fever™? |

Yes, postpaid customers can use a maximum of RM50 for 1 hour while prepaid customers a maximum of RM100 for 1 hour.

What is the minimum balance recommended for a Prepaid customer prior to requesting for Football Fever™ info? |

All Prepaid customers are recommended to have a minimum balance of RM10 prior to making any transaction.

I've subscribed to Fixtures Alerts. When will I receive the information? |

The Fixtures Alerts will be delivered to you by 3pm on each match day.

I've subscribed to Prediction Alerts. When will I receive the information? |

All match predictions will be delivered between 4.30 pm - 5 pm before matches begin.

Will I be charged if I request for the Football Fever™ when my mobile phone is turned off or out of coverage? |

Not if you did not receive the reply. However, normal SMS charges for the request will still apply. The service will also continue to retry for the next 24 hours.
