Subscribers who are under the DiGi Mobile employee rate plan ("Employee") (including Customers who are under the DiGi Mobile employee supplementary rate plan), are allowed to use the Traffic Info Service.

Distributors, dealers, music publishers and advertising agencies (and their immediate families) of DiGi including the other companies within the DiGi group are allowed to use the Traffic Info Service.

Registration for this service is not required.

This service is only applicable for DiGi customers only.

Subscription based and prepaid Customers will be charged normal WAP/GPRS charges for accessing DiGi's WAPsite and Traffic Info WAPsite. Pls refer to www.digi.com.my for more charging details.

The layout, text and traffic graphic is phone dependant. Pls refer to Traffic Info Service website on www.digi.com.my for the list of phones supported.

Clarity and visibility of traffic content/graphics shown are phone dependant. At times it could be due to the natural environment such as vapour, reflections, haze and others that causes "special" effects on cameras.

The camera view of Third party cameras may vary slightly from time to time.

DiGi reserves the absolute right to, at any time, change any aspect of the Service or any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

DiGi shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the Customer or any other party for any losses or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by a Customer or any other party as a result of this Service.
