Where exactly are the locations covered in the Traffic Info service?
  It covers the main roads and highways in major Peninsular Malaysia cities, namely the Kesas Highway, Johor Bharu, Penang Bridge, and more (Refer here for the full list).

When will the WAP Traffic Service be launched?
  It'll be launched on the 5 May 09.

When will the Traffic Info subscription package be launched?
  It was launched on 21 May 2009.

Are there any differences between the information offered via SMS or WAP?
  Nope. They're both the same, just available via different channels.

What are the charges?
  The charges are as follows:
Package Description Charges
SMS Traffic Alert Traffic updates are available only from 7am to 9.30am and 4.30pm to 7.30pm on weekdays. RM0.30 per message received
SMS Traffic Alert (Monthly subscription) RM5 per month for each location
WAP Traffic Info Standard GPRS charges
   
7 Are the traffic updates available all day?
  No. They're available only on weekdays in two sessions:
Morning: 7am to 9.30am
Evening: 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

Note: Traffic reports may be rescheduled during festive seasons.
   
8 How can I subscribe for the Traffic Info Subscription package?
  Send TRAFFICINFO to 2000.
