Introducing the Automatic Credit
Limit Alert (ACLA), a notification
alert service via SMS which keeps
you on top of your mobile phone
usage. It alerts you whenever the
Accumulated Charges in your account
is about to reach your total Credit
Limit, making account management
much easier and more effective.
ACLA is a free SMS alert service
that gives you the flexibility to
choose the alert that's suitable
for you.
How
to use
Getting alerts on your credit limit
is easy. Just follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Select one SMS alert (% of Credit Limit) from the ACLA Alert Category below:

ACLA alert category
when the Accumulated Charges in your DiGi account reaches or exceeds:

1st SMS alert
50% of your total Credit Limit or 60% of your total Credit Limit
A notification to alert you on the status of your Accumulated Charges.
2nd SMS alert
70% of your total Credit Limit
or 80% of your total Credit Limit or 90% of
your total Credit Limit
You’re encouraged to remit some payment to reduce the Accumulated Charges in your account and avoid service interruption.
3rd SMS alert
100% of your total Credit Limit
(automatically sent to all customers)
Your line will be temporarily barred anytime. To reactivate, remit minimum payment equivalent to 75% of your total Credit Limit.
note: if no selection is made, DiGi will assign the SMS alert to you at 80% of your total Credit Limit and upon reaching 100% of your total Credit Limit.
