Whenever you are unreachable or unable to answer your calls, your caller will be automatically diverted to Voicemail.

They will hear a recorded greeting requesting them to leave a message. When their message is recorded, you will be notified via SMS on your mobile phone. The SMS text prompt will also indicate the ID of the caller* who placed the message in your Voicemail. You can then retrieve the message at your own convenience.

* ID of the caller will not be available in the event where the caller subscribe to Caller Line Identification Restriction (CLIR)

Super VMS

Be the first in Malaysia to retrieve your voicemail at your convenience by having them sent directly and instantly to you via MMS* or email. Super Voicemail allows you to listen to your voicemail at your own leisure and the only limitation depends on your available inbox storage size!

* Requires MMS capable phone with MMS activated

How do I subscribe?
Subcribe via IVR
1. Call 121.
2. Press 8 (Setup)
3. Press 7 (Enhanced Services)
4. Press 1 (VoiceMail forwarding to MMS)

Subscribe via web (OCS)
1. Click on "My Services" on OCS
2. Select "VoiceMail"
3. Choose "My Settings"
4. Pick "Package Subscription"
5. Select either "VoiceMail forwarding to MMS" or "VoiceMail forwarding to Email".

How it works?
1) Voicemail to MMS
After you have subscribed to the "Voicemail to MMS" service, you can retrieve voicemail messages directly onto your mobile phone. The voicemails will be delivered to you via MMS with an .AMR voice file that allows you to play and listen immediately and indefinitely. A monthly fee of RM5 (per 30 days) is chargeable for subscribing to the "Voicemail to MMS" service.

Requirements: MMS enabled phone with MMS & GPRS services activated.

2) Voicemail to Email
If you are subscribed to the "Voicemail to Email" service, voicemails will automatically be sent to one of your pre-configured email addresses (GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo!, corporate emails, etc) immediately. Voicemails received via this method are in .WAV audio format. A monthly fee of RM5 (per 30 days) is chargeable for subscribing to the "Voicemail to Email" service.

Requirement: Valid email address.

Notes:

•	You can still continue receiving the normal Voicemail SMS Notification as well and retrieve voicemails by dialling 121 even when you're subscribed to either "Voicemail to MMS" or "Voicemail to Email" services.
•	You can subscribe to either "Voicemail to MMS" or "Voicemail to Email" via Online Customer Service (OCS)
