What is Chat Plus™? |

Chat Plus™ is a new voice service for subscribers. There is no monthly subscription or activation fee applied. Chat Plus features a low flat call rate of 36sen per minute without the need to reach any minimum total usage requirement.

How do I activate Chat Plus™? |

You may activate Chat Plus™ via the following methods:
Via UMB *128#
Step 1 : Key in *128# and press send
Step 2 : Select Option '7' for Change Features
Step 3 : Select Option '3' for Subscribe Discount Rates
Step 4 : Select Option '3' for Chat Plus
Via IVR
Dial 016-221 1800 and follow the IVR instructions.

What is the charging block for Chat Plus™? |

Charges for voice calls within Malaysia via Chat Plus™ remains at 30-second per block. |

If I activated Chat Plus™, can I also subscribe to FnF Plus™ or Fu-Yoh!™ at the same time? |

No. You are only allowed to subscribe to one service at a time.
Example: If you are subscribed to Chat Plus™, you will not be able to subscribe for FnF Plus™ or Fu-Yoh!™.

What does Chat Plus™ offer? |

Chat Plus™ comes with standard features which include Value-Added-Services, IDD, Roaming, Community Zone and Friends and Family™ (6 DiGi numbers) on top of the lower voice call rate within Malaysia.

Who is eligible to activate Chat Plus™? |

Chat Plus™ is open to all DiGi Prepaid subscribers.

How many times in a month am I allowed to subscribe to Chat Plus™? |

Each subscriber is allowed a maximum of two times in a month to subscribe to Chat Plus™.
