What is the Reload Bonus™ programme offered by DiGi Prepaid? |

Reload Bonus™ is one of the benefits offered to DiGi Prepaid customers via the DiGi Rewards programme. Reload Bonus™ rewards customers with free talktime credit based on the value of successful reloads. We have broken up the year into four 3-month periods; the more you reload within the time period stated, the more talktime credit you will get.

Do I need to register to be eligible for the Reload Bonus™? |

No, you do not need to register to be eligible for the Reload Bonus™. To receive the Reload Bonus™, you must reload a minimum cumulative amount of RM120 any time during the pre-determined 3-month periods.

How do I qualify for the Reload Bonus™? |

The amount of Reload Bonus™ awarded to eligible Customers is based on the amount that the Customer has qualified for according to the Reload Bonus matrix below:

Do I need to perform the reloads consecutively to be eligible for the Reload Bonus™? |

No, you do not need to reload consecutively. Just make sure that your total reloads over the pre-determined 3-month period is at least RM120.

How much free talktime credit can I get via Reload Bonus™? |

The amount Reload Bonus™ that you receive will be calculated based on the amount that you reload during the duration of the pre-determined 3-month cycle as stated in the Reload Bonus™ Matrix highlighted in Question 5.

When will I get my Reload Bonus™? |

Your Reload Bonus™ will be sent to you via SMS on the month following the end of each respective pre determined 3-month cycle period. Please ensure that your account is active and that your mobile phone is switched on at all times to receive the bonus. For example, your Reload Bonus™ for the May to July cycle will be sent to you in August'09.

Will I be notified about the amount of Reload Bonus™ that I will be getting? |

Yes, you will receive a SMS notification informing you of the Reload Bonus™ that you will be receiving. When you receive this SMS message, just reset your mobile phone by switching it off and then switching it back on to update your credit balance. You can check your airtime balance by dialling *128#.

Will I still be able to receive the Reload Bonus™ if my DiGi Prepaid mobile number is barred? |

Yes, you will be able to receive the Reload Bonus™ even if your DiGi Prepaid mobile phone is barred. However, please note that the Reload Bonus™ will not unbar your line. You will have to perform a reload to unbar it.

Will I still be able to receive the Reload Bonus™ if my DiGi Prepaid SIM Card is lost, damaged or stolen? |

Yes, you will receive your Reload Bonus™ even if your SIM Card is lost, damaged or stolen.

Will I be able to enjoy Reload Bonus™ on top of my Birthday Bonus™? |
|
Reloads performed for the purpose of entitlement for Birthday Bonus™ will not be entitled to a Reload Bonus™ payout. However if the total reload value is above RM300 (the maximum reload amount to be eligible for the Birthday Bonus™) during your Birthday Bonus™ period, the additional amount that you've reloaded will also be calculated for payout as a Reload Bonus™.

Can I do a Talktime Transfer with the Reload Bonus™ I have received? |

The Reload Bonus™ amount is for a customer's own usage and is not applicable to Talktime Transfer and also not applicable for the usage of roaming services.

Are Store Reload purchases calculated for Reload Bonus™ payouts? |
|
A Store Reload based on activation will be calculated for a Reload Bonus™ payout only upon activation and NOT upon purchase of a Store Reload.
