Yes, you can send inter-network SMS messages to mobile phones on Maxis or Celcom or networks. Sending an inter-network SMS is no different from sending a normal SMS. Just make sure that you key in the appropriate prefix e.g. 012, 017, etc, when keying in the mobile phone number of the recipient.
