To check your registration status, please dial *128# on your mobile phone or call 016 221 1800.

Notes:

• Registration via DiGi Contact Centre, fax or mail has been suspended since 31 December 2005 - as face-to-face registration is
required.
• All Prepaid registration as approved by MCMC can only be conducted in personal as face-to-face verification of National Identification Card/Passport is required.
