Every successful reload will have SMS notification, what can I do with this SMS? |

The SMS notification consists of detail information such as Dealer mobile no, time, date and transaction id. It is advised that customers to keep this SMS until they receive a second SMS confirming the success reload of airtime into their prepaid account with new balance information. If there is any dispute, the transaction id in SMS can be used as reference.
