Cicak-Man Tournament (“the Tournament”) is a Java game based competition where users (“the Participants”) will play the game on their mobile phone and upload the scores achieved to an online scoreboard to participate and win in the Tournament. Participants will need to download the Cicak-Man mobile game onto their mobile phone to play and participate in the Tournament. Each game downloaded shall be charged at RM6.00. Normal GPRS charges is applicable. |

| 2. |
This Tournament is open to all DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201283-M) (“DiGi”) postpaid and prepaid subscribers. DiGi employees are not eligible to win in the Tournament. ONLY registered prepaid subscribers are eligible to win in the Tournament. |

The Tournament starts from 0000 hour , 01-Dec-06 and ends at 2359 hour , 31-Jan-07 (“the Tournament Period”) |

| 4. |
The Tournament will be categorized into Weekly Competition and Grand Competition. |

| 5. |
The Weekly Competition starts from 0000 hour , every Monday and ends at 2359 hour , the following Sunday with the exception of the first and last week of the Tournament whereby the first Weekly Competition starts from 0000 hour , 01-Dec-06 and ends at 2359 hour , 10-Dec-06, AND the last Weekly Competition starts from 0000 hour , 22-Jan-07 and ends at 2359 hour, 31-Jan-07. |

The Participants who submitted their scores in the Weekly Competition will be captured in the Weekly Scoreboard. Only the highest scores from each Participants will be captured and ranked in the Weekly Scoreboard. The Participants with the highest scores uploaded onto the Weekly Scoreboard will be the winner for that week.. In the event that there is more than one (1) Participants who achieved the same highest score, the first Participants who uploaded that score shall be the winner. |

Weekly Online Scoreboard will be refreshed at the end of each closing date and time of the Weekly Competition. |

Each Participants is identified by their unique mobile number or MSISDN and shall only entitled to win once in the Weekly Competition throughout the Tournament Period. . As such, their scores may be published in the Weekly Scoreboard but not necessarily be the winner of the Weekly Competition. |

The Grand Competition shall start from 0000 hour, 01-Dec-06 and ends at 2359 hour , 31-Jan-07 (“Grand Competition Period’). The Participants who submitted their scores throughout the Tournament will be captured in the Grand Scoreboard. Only the highest scores from each Participants will be captured and ranked in the Grand Scoreboard. The Participants with the highest scores uploaded throughout the entire Tournament will be the winner of the Grand Competition. In the event that there is more than one (1) Participants who achieved the same score, the first Participants who uploaded that score shall be the winner. |

| 10. |
Participants is required to register their nickname prior to submitting their highest scores to the Online Scoreboard. DiGi reserves the rights to filter out and/ or reject any inappropriate words used as nickname including but not limited to vulgar,and defamatory by using both automated program and manual filtering to avoid unwanted situations of insult or derogatory remarks. Participants who registered nicknames in such nature shall be disqualified without any notification or explanation from DiGi. |
