1. Who is eligible to participate in the Online Bonus Points monthly promotion?
  All DiGi postpaid customers, excluding:
Permanent and/or contract employees of DIGI Telecommunications Sendirian Berhad (including its subsidiaries and related affiliates) and their immediate family members;
Representative and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of DiGi Telecommunications and their immediate family members;
DiGi Ambassadors.
1a. How does the mechanic works to select winners for this promo?
  This promo is based on first come first serve basis and has sufficient point at point of bonus points redemption being executed.
2. How will customers be notified on the status of their redemption?
  All participants will receive SMS on their redemption status at the end of the promotion. Besides, winner will receive call from our fulfilment house to reconfirm the address and arrange courier delivery after promo end. Please refer to the above promo schedule.
3. Where do the winners redeem their prizes?
  Handsets will be delivered via courier to their preferable pick up address.
4. How to participate in the redemption?
  Log-in to OCS and submit redemption request via OCS.
5. How much does it cost to participate in the programme?
  There are no charges incurred to participate in the program.
6. How does the customer win the redemption items?
  The redemption items are up for grabs based on availability, at DiGi's discretion. The customers' lines must ACTIVE and have sufficient bonus points at point of redemption.
7. How many redemption items can a customer redeem during the promotion period?
  Each customer is only allowed to redeem ONE redemption item during the promotion period.
8. How many redemption requests can a customer submit during the promotion period?
  Each customer is only allowed to submit ONE redemption request during the promotion period.
9. Can the customer cancel or change redemption item after he/she has confirmed and submit the redemption package?
  No. The customer is NOT allowed to make any changes to the redemption package after he/she has confirmed and submit the redemption.
10. If I'm one of the winners who successfully redeemed one of the promo packages, can I change my mind?
  No. The customer is NOT allowed to make any changes to the redemption package after he/she has confirmed.
11. If I'm not one of the winners who successfully redeemed one of the promo package, does my Bonus Points get deducted?
  No. No Bonus Point will be deducted.
