1. What is DiGi Prepaid Campus?
  DiGi Prepaid Campus is a Prepaid pack tailored exclusively for students aged below 25 years of age. Subscribers can now enjoy FREE Calls, FREE SMS & FREE Surfing from anywhere in Malaysia, plus lots of other rewards & privileges, monthly surprises, contests and much more.
   
2. How do I get a DiGi Prepaid Campus pack?
  DiGi Prepaid™ Campus will no longer be available for sale at our stores, effective 19 July 2010. Customers interested to get a prepaid line can still do so with our DiGi Prepaid™ Plan. Find out more at http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid.
   
3. Can I register two (2) DiGi Prepaid Campus lines under my name?
  Each subscriber is only eligible to register for one (1) DiGi Prepaid Campus simpack at any one time.
   
4. What is the validity period of the DiGi Prepaid Campus line?
  You can now continue using your DiGi Prepaid Campus line until your 25th birthday, as long as you perform a minimum of one (1) reload every year following your pack activation. If you fail to do so, your line will be restricted for 90 days from the day after your validity expiry date, followed by termination. You must perform a reload of any amount during the 90-day restricted period to prevent line termination.

Subscribers who registered for DiGi Campus before 1 April 2010 will still enjoy the 4-year validity period even if you exceed age 25 at anytime during the 4-year period, provided you were below age 25 at point of registration.
   
5. What happens if I don't use my DiGi Prepaid Campus line for a long duration?
  Notwithstanding your fulfillment of the once a year reload condition, DiGi reserves the right to terminate the Subscriber's line if there is no usage on the Subscriber's line for six (6) consecutive months. "Usage" is defined as any Domestic, IDD or international roaming voice call, SMS, MMS or data usage originating from the Subscriber's line.
   
6. What happens when I reach my 25th birthday?
  Your line will be converted to the prevailing DiGi Prepaid plan.
   
Usage
1. How do I access the Free Calls feature?
  The free voice offer for DiGi to DiGi calls will take effect on subsequent DiGi calls after the DiGi Prepaid Campus subscriber's cumulative daily total usage* hits RM2.00 on the same day (12:00:00AM to 11:59:59PM). The subscriber will continue to enjoy the free calls until 11:59:59PM of the same day. After 12:00:00AM of the following day, the DiGi to DiGi call rate will be reverted to normal DiGi Prepaid Campus rate until the RM2.00 daily total usage is achieved again in that day. The above rates are applicable for calls made from anywhere in Malaysia.

*Daily total usage includes all domestic and IDD voice calls, international roaming, SMS, MMS, and data. This however excludes services which have monthly subscriptions and calls made to premium numbers (1800 and 1300 numbers). This usage must be deducted from the main credit balance and not from the freebie bucket.
   
2. What will happen if I utilise more than 100 minutes?
  DiGi reserves the right to charge for usage minutes in excess of 100 minutes/day, convert your plan out of DiGi Prepaid Campus and/or terminate the service, if DiGi deems necessary.
   
3. Why does DiGi need to place a cap on the Free Calls?
  At DiGi, we want our network to be available for our customers at all times in order to provide an excellent experience to every customer. This Fair Usage Policy sets out to prevent abuse of the Free Calls feature, so that all subscribers have a fair chance at enjoying this feature.  Subscribers will still continue to enjoy DiGi Prepaid Campus benefits of Free Calls & Free SMS anytime and anywhere.
   
4. What must I do to enjoy Free SMS?
  Simply register your favourite DiGi numbers as your Friends & Family™ via *128# to start enjoying free SMS to these numbers at all times. You may register a maximum of eleven (11) Friends & Family™ numbers. Friends & Family™ terms & conditions apply.
   
5. Is the RM30 monthly max cap data plan still available under the new DiGi Prepaid Campus?
  We conduct regular reviews of our product offerings to ensure the interests and expectations of our customers are best addressed effectively and fairly. The RM30 monthly max cap data plan has been replaced with the lowest daily surfing rate available for any prepaid plan. Under the new DiGi Prepaid Campus, subscribers can surf for FREE after only RM5 daily Internet usage (or 10sen/10kb for daily usage below RM5).

2. Do I have to change my existing phone in order to enjoy the CallerTunes™ service?
  No, this service works on all phones.
   
3. How do I enjoy the first 30 days free CallerTunes™ trial?
  Simply select any of the CallerTunes™ on offer during the promotion period and SMS CT<space><CT code> to 2000.
   
4. Can I enjoy 30 days if I subscribe 1 day before the promotion period ends?
  Yes. Your 30-day trial period date will begin from the date you make your 1st FREE CallerTunes™ subscription. If you activate the CallerTunes™ after 29th August 2010, you will incur the normal charges CallerTunes™ charges. Please refer to ct.digi.com.my for more information about CallerTunes™ charges.
   
5. Will it affect the other CallerTunes™ that I subscribed to before?
  No, other CallerTunes™ will be charged normally. Please refer to ct.digi.com.my for more information about CallerTunes™ charges.
   
6. Can I keep the CallerTunes™ after the free trial period?
How much I will be charged after that?
  Yes, you can maintain the CallerTunes™ after the free trial period for only RM2/month for each CallerTunes™ selected. A reminder SMS will be sent to you 3 days before your free trial period expires. You do not need to take any action if you wish to continue with your subscription.
   
7. What happens after the FREE CallerTunes™ 30-day trial period?
  You will receive an SMS informing you of your current subscription.  If you wish to continue your subscription, you do not have to respond.  If you wish to terminate your subscription, simply send
"CT<space>STOP<space><Content code>" to 2000 to stop the service immediately. You will receive a cancellation confirmation message shortly after.
   
8. How do I stop subscription during the 30-day trial period?
  If you wish to terminate your free trial before the end of the 30 days, simply send "CT<space>STOP<space><Content code>" to 2000 to stop the service immediately.  You will receive a cancellation confirmation message shortly after.
   
9. Can I change my CallerTunes™ selection during the 30-day free trial period?
  You may change your CallerTunes™ to any of the other available FREE CallerTunes™ in the Free Trial list. You will need to send a cancellation request, followed by a subscription request for the Free CallerTunes™ of your choice. Please note that your 30-day trial period will not be restarted upon subscription of any subsequent CallerTunes™. The trial period will still end 30 days after the date of your 1st FREE CallerTunes™ subscription.
