What is DiGi Campus™? |

DiGi Campus™ is a Prepaid pack targeted at tertiary students aged below 25 years of age. It was revamped from the previous D'Campus zone-based Prepaid pack, which was introduced in July 2008 and made available at 15 universities & colleges.
The new DiGi Campus™ is no longer zone-based and comes with a new and more competitive rate plan. Effective 12 June 2009, the new rate plan will be applicable to new and existing DiGi Campus™ users. |

Who is eligible to sign up for DiGi Campus™? |
| |
Any student aged below 25 from participating universities & colleges are eligible to register for a DiGi Campus™ line. Refer to Participating Universities & Colleges for the full list of eligible institutions. |

Can I subscribe to DiGi Campus™ via IVR? |
| |
No, this new rate plan is only applicable to new and existing DiGi Campus™ customers. You may subscribe at participating dealer outlets, DSS outlets or during DiGi Campus™ events at selected universities & colleges. Please Refer to Participating Universities & Colleges for the list of participating dealer outlets. |

What do I need to do to be eligible for the new rate? |
| |
New users may simply purchase a new DiGi Campus™ pack at any participating dealer or DSS outlets nationwide from 12th June 2009 onwards. Customers may also visit DiGi Campus™ roadshows at selected universities & colleges. The roadshow schedule can be found at the DiGi Campus™ website.
If you are a new user having a mobile line subscription with another service provider, you may also choose to port-in to the new DiGi Campus™ plan at any participating dealer outlet nationwide from 12th June 2009 onwards. |

What are the procedures should I follow if I want to purchase a DiGi Campus™ pack? |
| |
Just bring your valid student ID (i.e. Kad Matrix) and Mykad or Passport (for foreign students) to the participating dealer or DSS outlets.
Customers under the existing D'Campus plan will automatically receive the new rates under the new DiGi Campus™ plan, but you'll only receive the full 4-year validity period upon your first reload of any value followed by a reload of any value at least once each subsequent year. |

I am interested, but I am not a tertiary student. Am I still eligible to purchase the DiGi Campus™ pack? |

Sorry, you will not be eligible to purchase a pack as every purchase of DiGi Campus™ requires you to submit a copy of a valid student ID and your MyKad/ passport. |

I am a student at one of the participating institutions. Can I purchase this for my friend? |
| |
Each student is only allowed to own ONE SIM pack. If your friend is interested and they are eligible, they can purchase it from your campus dealer. Just remind them to bring along a copy of their student ID and Mykad for verification. DiGi reserves the right to change your subscription plan to a standard DiGi Prepaid plan if you are found to have 2 DiGi Campus™ SIM's registered under your MyKad. |

How do I find out the location of participating dealers or DSS outlets? |

You can log on to www.digi.com.my/campus to check the dealer list and location, or call DiGi Customer Service at 016-221-1800. |

Can I switch to another plan from my DiGi Campus™ plan? |
| |
Yes, you may switch to Super FnF™, Super Talk™ and Super SMS™. However, please take note that this process is only one way (irreversible) and you will not be able to change that same number back to DiGi Campus™ after you have opted out. |

What is the validity period of the DiGi Campus™ pack? |
| |
You will get to enjoy a 4-year validity period regardless of your reload amount as long as you perform at least 1 reload each year following your pack activation. |

Do I have to reload my DiGi Campus™ to keep the line active? |
| |
The pack comes with a 4-year validity period. However, you will be required to reload any amount at least once each year following your SIM pack activation. |

If I have used up my credit and did not reload the pack, will the line be terminated? |
| |
Your line will switch to the "Restricted" status if you do not perform any reload and it will be terminated if you do not reload for more than 365 days. |

I will be graduating in one year. Can I continue to use DiGi Campus™ after graduating? |
| |
You will get to enjoy the 4-year validity period even after graduating. However, we will provide you with a Fresh Grad Postpaid Plan with an unbeatable value. This is to reward your support for DiGi Campus™. |

What will happen after the 4-Year Validity Period? |
| |
Upon expiry, you will be offered to change to our DiGi Postpaid plan or standard DiGi Prepaid plan. |

What must I do to enjoy the FREE calls? |
| |
All you have to do is spend RM2 in Total Usage (including Voice, SMS, Data, etc) within the day, and all your SUBSEQUENT calls to any DiGi number from anywhere will be FREE for the rest of the day. This usage timeframe will reset at midnight. |

What must I do to enjoy the FREE SMS? |

Simply register your favourite DiGi numbers as your Friends & FamilyTM via *128# to start enjoying free SMS to these numbers. You may register a maximum of 11 Friends & FamilyTM numbers. Friends & Family TM terms & conditions apply. |
