Both Usage Discount and Happy Hour Discount are permanent features of new DG50. |

No, the system will not send any notification when your usage reaches RM75 or more than RM150. This is because the discount is only calculated and given at the end of your bill cycle. However, you will be alerted via the Account Credit Limit Alert feature when your usage is approaching the credit limit. |

Yes, existing DG50 subscribers will automatically enjoy these discounts. |

Will I get any pro-rated discounts if my bill cycle falls before the launch date? |

No, there will be no pro-ration on discount for the customers whose bill cycles fall before the launch date. The customers shall enjoy full discount based on their total usage for the complete cycle of the month. |

Why doesn't usage on services like discounted calls and SMS between the principal and supplementary plans, roaming, Talktime Transfer, Friends and Family calls and SMS, add towards the required total usage to enjoy the new DG50 discount features? |
