Usage commitment fees for DG50 and DG150 are inclusive of total usage for all chargeable voice and data services in the bill excluding fixed access fee and Talktime Transfer (Post to Pre) services.
Total usage (RM) for DG150 includes all chargeable voice and data services in the bill excluding fixed access fee, Int’l Roaming and Talktime Transfer (Post to Pre) services.
The Unlimited Free DiGi to DiGi Call & SMS for DG150 will be rated & appear in the Unbilled Amount and subject to the maximum total credit limit. Savings on the Unlimited Free DiGi to DiGi Call & SMS will be adjusted in the bill.
  2. When can I sign up for the new DiGi Postpaid plans?
    You will be able to sign up from 10th July 2008 onwards and you can do so at all DiGi Centres, DSS and authorised postpaid dealers.
Note: 1Plan & Optimum plans will not be offered in the market anymore effective 10th July 08.
  3. Who is eligible to sign up for the new DiGi Postpaid plans?
    The new DiGi Postpaid plans are available for all Personal/Individual Principal registration only.
Notes: New company registration (effective 10th July 08), will be entitled to register with any of the DiGi Business plans via authorised dealers and DiGi Specialised Stores (DSS).
  4. Which new DiGi Postpaid plan should I sign-up?
    Each plan offers unique values that will cater to your communications need with guaranteed savings.

  5. What are the Value Added Services (VAS) offered upon registration?
    Value Plan 2 will be automatically activated for FREE without any subscription fee:

(E) GPRS (Pay As You Use)
(F) Value Plan 2 (Caller ID, Call Waiting, Call Divert, Call Hold and Multi-Party Conferencing)

  6. Will the remaining commitment usage roll over to the following month if my usage is less than what was stipulated in DG50 and DG150’s monthly payment?
    No. The unused or remaining usage will not be brought forward to the following month.
  7. How much do I pay, if my usage is less than the commitment usage for DG50 and DG150?
    You will be billed based on the plan subscribed of RM50 and RM150.
  8. How much will I pay if my usage is more than the commitment usage for DG50 and DG150?
    You will be billed for the total commitment usage of RM50 or RM150 plus any additional usage for the month.
  9. What Supplementary plan are allowed for the new DiGi Postpaid plans?
    The principal can sign up for any Supplementary plan based on the price plans below:

  10. Is there any discount for Calls/SMS/MMS between DG50 and DG150 Principal line and DG Family Postpaid & DiGi Family Prepaid Supplementary line(s)?
    Yes. Calls/SMS/MMS charges between the Principal and DG Family Postpaid & DiGi Family Prepaid Supplementary line(s) will be FREE of charge.
  11. Is there any Advance Payment and Deposit needed to sign-up for the new DiGi Postpaid plans?

  12. What is the Credit Limit for the new DiGi Postpaid plans?
    The Credit Limit will be based on each respective price plans:

  13. Will I be entitled for Bonus Points on the new DiGi Postpaid plans?
    Yes. You’ll be able to enjoy the current Bonus Points and redemption programmes.
  14. Can I redeem my Bonus Points against the minimum commitment payment?
    You may only redeem Bonus Points against the sum above the minimum commitment payment. For e.g: If your usage is RM100 and you have 600 points, RM12 will be deducted from the total bill and you will only have to pay RM88. If your usage is RM50 however, the 600 points may not be redeemed to get the RM12 reduction.

Notes: In the event that your usage is below the commitment fee, it is not advisable to redeem the bonus points as they will be forfeited.
  15. Is there any rebate for enrolment of Autobilling for the new DiGi Postpaid plans?
    Yes. You’ll enjoy a RM5 monthly rebate off your bill.
  16. Can I change plans from the previously existing 1 Plan to Optimum (vice-versa)?
    No. The existing postpaid plans are no longer offered in the market.
  17. Can existing Postpaid Personal/Company registration customers convert to the new DiGi Postpaid plans?
    Yes. Current change of rate plan processes and conditions still apply.
  18. If I converted my line during my billing period, will the usage be calculated from the point of conversion or the entire usage of the month?
    The usage will be calculated from the point of conversion.
  19. Can I switch from DiGi Prepaid to any of the new DiGi Postpaid plans
    Yes.
  20. What is the minimum card balance required for Prepaid conversion to DiGi Postpaid?
    The minimum balance is as follows:
