1. What is Mobile Number Selection (MNS)?
It's a new technology platform that enables DiGi to introduce a special type of Prepaid SIM packs in the market without carrying any pre-assigned prepaid mobile number. Customers can select their preferred mobile number based on available DiGi prepaid numbers in the system pool.
2. Where can I buy the Mobile Number Selection SIM pack?
During the pilot launch, the Mobile Number Selection SIM pack will available at participating DiGi Authorised Dealers in Klang Valley from 9th December onwards.
3. How do I make a Mobile Number Selection?
After the Mobile Selection SIM pack has been registered with your details, The Number Selection can be performed by the dealers or by yourself (via *128#).
4. Can I select a mobile number before registering a blank SIM pack?
No calls or other services are allowed prior to registration. After registration, you may perform the number selection using *128*1# or request the assistance of any DiGi Authorised Dealers.
5. What is the maximum duration do I have to select a number before the expiry date?
You are required to select your mobile number within 14 days after registering the SIM card to avoid termination. The SIM card will be automatically activated upon number selection. It is defaulted to the DiGi® Easy Prepaid plan and will be valid for 5 days upon activation.
6. Can I request for a SIM replacement for my lost/stolen SIM card that is blank?
Any registered but blank SIM card that is lost/stolen without having a mobile number registered to it cannot be blocked and subsequently will be forfeited automatically.
7. Can I change to another mobile number even after I've selected and confirmed my number?
After a mobile number has been selected and confirmed, you will not be able to change to another number.
8. Am I able to select any mobile number prefix using the Mobile Number Selection SIM?
The mobile number prefix available will depend on the Mobile Number Selection SIM Pack-Region.

Example: If a customer purchased a Central Region Mobile Number Selection SIM card, only the Central prefix mobile number will be available for the customer to select.
