Mobile Number Selection (MNS) is a new feature where the Subscriber shall be given a Prepaid Number after registration and not at the time of purchase of the physical SIM Card.

At the time of purchase, the Subscriber will be given a SIM Pack with a "dummy" number. The subscriber is then obligated to register the SIM Card at DiGi Authorised Dealers/Agents.

The usage of the MNS feature is subjected to the following terms and conditions.

General

A Subscriber can only access to MNS upon registration of the Prepaid SIM Card;

A Subscriber is required to register the Prepaid SIM Card before the expiry date stated on each of the SIM Pack;

Non-registration of the SIM Card before the expiry date will render the SIM Card invalid, hence no registration can be effected after the expiry date. No refunds will be given for any invalid SIM Card.

Once the SIM Card has been registered, a Subscriber is given fourteen (14) days from the registration date to select a number.

If no number is selected by the Subscriber within the timeline mentioned in item 3, the SIM Card will be terminated and forfeited. Any request for extension and/or replacement shall NOT be entertained.

Upon selection and confirmation of a Mobile Number, the SIM Card will automatically be activated.

Any blank SIM Card that is lost/stolen without any selected/registered Mobile Number cannot be blocked/replaced.

Once the Mobile Number has been selected and confirmed, the Subscriber will not be able to change to another mobile number.

Once the SIM Card has been automatically activated upon Number Selection, it will be defaulted to DiGi Prepaid Plan and shall be active for thirty (30) days as per normal DiGi Prepaid life cycle.

The subscriber is given three choices of mechanism in selecting numbers, mainly:

9.1

Selection made from a ‘list of numbers’ method:

-	The system will display some mobile numbers for customer to select.
-	Once confirmation received for selected Mobile Number, the SIM card will be activated automatically.

9.2

Selection made from ‘Search Number’ method:

-	The system will display the last 3 or 4 digits as per the Subscriber’s request.
-	The system will not display any search result if the requested numbers are not available.
-	Once confirmation is received for the selected Mobile Number, the SIM Card will be activated automatically.

9.3

Selection made by Auto Assign One Number method:

-	The system will automatically assign one Mobile Number to the SIM Card with automatic activation.
