How do I qualify for the free talktime? |

This promotion is open to all new DiGi Prepaid I Like customers who activate and reload RM10 on the same day (excludes Edisi Khas customers).
Customers who have recently switched to DiGi are required to reload RM10 within 7 days of a successful switch. Promotion is open to D'Campus customers who have switched to DiGi from 1st March 2009 onwards. |

Can I reload RM5 + RM5 separately and enjoy this free talktime? |
| |
No. You need to reload a minimum of RM10 (in a single denomination) to enjoy this free talktime.
Each customer is only entitled to receive RM30 free talktime once. Reloads above RM10 or multiple reloads of RM10 on the day of activation will not entitle the customer to additional free talktime.
Customers who have recently switched to DiGi are required to reload RM10 within 7 days of a successful switch. Example: Customer A requests to switch to DiGi on 23rd February. His switch was successful on 24th February. He must reload within 7 days (from 24th February), i.e. by 2nd March, in order to receive the free talktime. |

I activated my DiGi Prepaid I Like SIM pack and reloaded RM10 on 23rd February. When will I receive the free talktime? |

Free talktime will be paid over 3 consecutive months, i.e. RM10 x 3 months. Payout dates are at the discretion of DiGi. 1st payout will be anytime in the following month after successful activation & reload. Customer has to remain active at all times in order to receive the 1st, 2nd and/ or 3rd payout. |

How do I know if I have received the free talktime? |

SMS will be sent to customers informing them of the payout. Customers may also check their free talktime balance via *126# or *128#. |

Is there any validity to the free talktime that I received? |
| |
No. The free talktime received does not carry any validity. |
| |

I activated a DiGi Prepaid I Like SIM pack and purchased Store Reload on the same day. Why didn't I receive the free talktime? |

Customers who have purchased Store Reload must activate it to be entitled to this promotion. |

Is Talktime Services considered a 'reload' under this promotion? |
| |
Talktime received via Talktime Services is not considered a 'reload' and therefore is not applicable under this promotion. |
