Contest is opened to all DiGi mobile service subscribers age 18 and above only, except employees of DiGi and its representing agencies. |

Prizes won are not redeemable for cash or merchandise of any value. |

Prizes won are transferrable only to recipients who will to be celebrating his/her Birthday between 1st January and 31st March. Letter of authorization and a valid photo ID is required upon prize collection. |

All winners will be notified by SMS and email by 26th January 2010 (Tuesday). |

| 6. |
Winners will have to collect their prizes from the organizer directly, where details of collection will be provided in the notification email. Cost of courier or shipment will have to be borne by the respective winners. |

Valid photo identification is required for the collection of prizes. |

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other items of smaller or equal values. |

The contest organizer reserves the rights to substitute the prizes with items of similar value should the prizes for some reason become unavailable. |
