Your responsibilities:
- Review actual monthly business performance, drive monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts, annual targets and long term strategy financials
- Work closely with stakeholders on action plans, KPIs, opportunities and risks to meet financial targets and diligent follow-ups on action plans/ tracking KPIs. Opportunity to work closely with top level management by providing critical commercial input for decision makings
- Produce timely and appropriate analysis/insights on revenue performance by products, regions and segments
- Perform financial evaluation of commercial launches, product profitability and business cases
- Ability to link cost to revenue – how best to optimize resources (incentive and subsidy) to drive revenue growth
- Drive business process improvement across the organization – identifying opportunities, risks and monitor progress of process improvements
