We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to own all incentive planning initiatives to support our ground sales force team nationwide. This individual will craft programs and communication to give pivotal sales direction to our sales team. You will be working in partnership across the Sales organization to proactively manage the portfolio.

Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
Responsible to develop the supporting elements surrounding device ecosystem. Ensure that channel readiness in adopting the new element such as insurance, trade in, device repair and other supporting areas.
Define and monitor the device ranging portfolio, engage and manage supplier to support Digi
sales objective to grow the market and sales acquisitions.
Negotiations and management of vendor relationship within the policies of Digi.
Develop long term joint strategies with key device vendors to compete and win market share through optimized sales and marketing plans.
Ensure execution and implementation of new collaboration and revenue streams to the channel on agreed programs.
Research, evaluate, and identify opportunities to expand partner’s business potential working with the partner and internal stakeholders.
Evaluate effectiveness of programs implemented and make necessary modifications to achieve agreed objectives and targets.
Assist for network & device test acceptance within Digi requirement.
Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professional skills that you want from the applicant)
At least 5 years in working experience in Communication / Sales Management / Planning / Performance Management, preferably working at a Planning role in a medium to large business setting. Experience in performance / incentives management will be added bonus but not necessary a requirement ie able to pull data from various online systems for analysis.
Able to resolve conflict and connect various stakeholders/ departments together to produce synergised effective outcomes. Having skills in project management is added bonus.
Highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging communication materials and reports for both internal and external Management team and key stakeholders.
Creative, detailed and result oriented, self-motivated working under minimal supervision, ability to handle multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrated composure under stress and in times of uncertainty.
