The updated PF365 programme now features four key benefits for customers to cater to their growing lifestyle needs.

More flexibility with PF365
Digi PF365 gives customers a smarter alternative to purchase the latest devices through a flexible instalment plan as compared to traditional device bundles or retail purchases that require upfront payment for devices. New and existing Digi Postpaid customers who sign up for the PF365 programme can enjoy the flexibility of owning a new device without worrying about upfront payments or interest charges3.

PF365 also gives customers added peace of mind with the freedom to upgrade to a new device for free anytime from the 18th month of their contract2. Additionally, PF365 customers on the Digi Postpaid 160 and 190 plans will also not have to worry about mishaps to their smartphones as they are entitled to Digi Shield coverage, a device protection plan from accidental and liquid damage for up to 2 years.

More savings to offer customers the best value deal in the market
Now, customers will get two-fold savings on both their Postpaid plan and their devices when they opt in to the PF365 programme. As part of the PF365 revamp, customers who sign up will receive special monthly plan rebates for the entire duration of the programme.
