All device models available on the PhoneFreedom 365 are eligible for RM0 upfront payment and RM150 worth of rebate when a customer submitted a valid eligibility check for RM0 upfront payment. However, RM150 rebate is exclusive to new Digi Postpaid users who port-in from other network, perform eligibility check for RM0 upfront payment and sign up for a new PhoneFreedom 365 device contract from 23 September 2022 to 31 December 2023, the rebate will be granted within 60 days to your Digi bill.
PhoneFreedom 365 RM0 upfront payment eligibility check is an initiative from Digi to help anyone check whether they are eligible to own their dream device from Digi without paying any upfront payment, through an external credit score agency. Digi will not be processing customer’s data directly.
Everyone currently with an active postpaid number (any network) or prepaid number (Digi only) is welcome to perform the eligibility check. However, RM150 rebate is exclusive to new Digi Postpaid users who port-in from other network only.

Yes, but you need to perform the eligibility check individually for each MSISDN (mobile number). For example, if a customer is signing up for 2 new lines, then the customer needs to perform the credit check twice.
