Digi Business to support small Malaysian businesses with over RM150,000 worth of digital solutions

• Partners with Astro Radio #KamiCareMbiz programme to assist local small entrepreneurs digitalise their business
• Selected businesses will receive mobile plans and essential digital tools from Digi Business

SUBANG JAYA, 29 July 2021 – Digi Business today reiterates its commitment to support local small and micro business owners through these trying times, with over RM150,000 worth of digital solutions and mobile plans to be given to help these business owners go digital.

To further extend its outreach to these business owners, Digi Business has been working with Astro Radio’s #KamiCareMbiz programme, an initiative to help boost businesses by highlighting their products and services on-air on Astro Radio’s multi-language channels, namely ERA, MY, HITZ, MIX, Sinar, Lite, RAAGA, Gegar, Melody, Zayan, GoXuan, and Syok.

“The #KamiCareMbiz programme has effectively created awareness for many businesses with free on-air promotion, and we want to further support these businesses. With various movement restrictions in place, small and micro entrepreneurs need to leverage digital tools and means to sustain their business. We are committed to be their trusted digital partner and help them recover and thrive,” said Eugene Teh, Digi’s Chief Business Officer.

Selected business owners through the #KamiCareMbiz programme will receive an extensive suite of digital solutions and mobile plans from Digi Business . This includes access to digital tools such as AVANA, altHR and Omni, as well as benefitting from the PENJANA SME Digitalisation grant.

In addition, Digi Business continues to assist business owners to go digital, in order to help them save cost, increase productivity, and prepare for growth in a digital economy. The Go Digital bundles comprises all-in-one solutions essential for digitalisation, including digital marketing, connectivity solutions and productivity tools. Digi Business will also help eligible business owners claim up to RM5,000 from the PENJANA SME Digitalisation grant for further savings.
