Digi Challenges Industry Norm With Game-Changing Postpaid Family Plan

SHAH ALAM, 9 August 2017 - Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) is once more challenging telco industry norms and redefining the rules with its all-new Digi Postpaid Family Plan.

"We constantly listen to consumers and one problem they face today with their telcos is difficulty in managing mobile phone plans for multiple family members. We looked at how we could simplify our products to offer more convenience for our customers and we came up with our new Digi Postpaid Family Plan,'' said Digi's Chief Marketing Officer Loh Keh Jiat.

With the newly launched Digi Postpaid Family Plan, customers can now group up to five family members in a single bill for simplicity. The new Digi Postpaid Family Plan eliminates having to manage separate phone and mobile internet bills as well as the need to choose suitable plans for each family member.

With up to 5 family lines per plan, and a large Internet quota of up to 120GB per month, everyone in the family has the freedom to experience Digi's consistent 4G Plus network. On top of that, everyone gets unlimited calls to all networks. All these features are available to customers starting from as low as only RM150 a month.

Customers are also encouraged to download the latest MyDigi App today from the Google Play Store or App Store to manage their family's Internet usage in real-time.

With the new Digi Postpaid Family Plan, customers no longer need to deal with confusing supplementary plans, separate pricing, internet quotas and having to track usage on top of paying multiple phone and internet bills.
