Full focus on delivering value to customers
The Penjana Reload Bonus is one of the many value-based products that the company has introduced in the past few months to provide Malaysians with more options to access reliable connectivity that is light on the wallet, given that affordability is especially important this season.

Some of Digi’s newly introduced connectivity choices include:

  • Digi Prepaid NEXT, the only prepaid starter pack in the market preloaded with 30-day high-speed internet plan starting from RM15
  • Digi Abadi, the first prepaid internet plan bundled with free life insurance cover at only RM28
  • Digi Postpaid Start, tailored for customers who are looking for an affordable base postpaid plan that gives more savings and data quota to meet their current and future usage needs

“Digi continues to stand for value, especially during these difficult times. Our people understand the current pressures faced by customers and so have prioritised product offerings that meet customers’ connectivity and affordability needs yet remaining uncompromising on quality. Keeping our ear close to the ground, we will do more to bring the best value across Malaysia in the next quarter and beyond,” said Praveen Rajan, Digi’s new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Inspiring the next with Digi’s new CMO and CSO
Praveen’s comments on continued business momentum and commitment to customers going forward comes on the back of his appointment as Digi’s new CMO, alongside experienced sales leader Cheng Weng Hong’s appointment as Chief Sales Officer effective 14 September 2020.

Both Praveen and Cheng are seasoned commercial leaders with solid track records throughout their long tenures in Digi and have been central to contributing to the company’s commercial and retail success to-date.

The company strongly believes that these new appointments will enable Digi to be extremely sensitive to the needs of the rakyat as a result of building a stronger customer-focused operation. Closely linking value innovations from the product team and providing a wide variety of ways to put these different products speedily into our customers’ hands, will be key to fuelling the next phase of Digi’s growth.
