DiGi flexes another first - The DiGi Flexi E-Load for Postpaid
Customers can now enjoy hassle-free payment with over 2,000 Flexi e-load locations nationwide

Shah Alam, 5 January 2006: DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi") has introduced yet another innovative service - the DiGi Postpaid Flexi e-load - that empowers customers with wider options and greater convenience to pay their bills at over 2000 Flexi e-load locations nationwide.

DiGi's Chief Marketing Officer, Chee Pok Jin, said: "We want to free our customers from long queues just to stay connected. With Postpaid Flexi e-load, DiGi customers can truly experience the power of mobility and utilise the time saved more positively."

Chee added: "Postpaid Flexi e-load is a prime example of our efforts to serve our customers better. A clear way is by creating new value propositions and simplifying the way people do things."

More than 2,000 DiGi Platinum and Gold Dealers and 50 DiGi Specialised Stores nationwide have been accepting payments through Postpaid Flexi e-load since 21 December 2005.

With hassle-free DiGi Postpaid Flexi e-load, customers need only look out for the Flexi e-load sign and bring their bills to the dealers. Customers only pay upon receipt of payment that will be sent via SMS on their mobile phones, subject to a minimum payment of RM20.

The dealer then stamps the payment slip of the bill, indicating amount paid, date and time payment is made and a reference ID.

The customer's account is updated within an hour as computerising updating is done on an hourly basis. For urgent unbarring, a customer can call Customer Service at 016 221 1800.
