Up to RM1 Million in cash & prizes to be won in DiGi Prepaid Menang Besar Reload Contest
Daily and weekly prizes available from 6 May - 23 June 2013

SHAH ALAM, 8 May 2013 - DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi") has announced a nationwide prepaid reload campaign that offers daily and weekly winners hundreds of smartphones and cash prizes - worth up to RM1 Million in total. The Menang Besar contest will run from 6 May - 23 June 2013 with a Grand Finale for the weekly winners to fight it out for the Grand Prize of RM100,000 in cash.

It is open to all new and existing DiGi Prepaid customers, whereby five (5) Daily and three (3) Weekly Winners will be selected based on every 100,000th reload and upon correctly answering questions about DiGi when contacted by DiGi. Customers need to reload at least RM10.00 to be selected for the daily prizes, and at least RM30.00 to contend for the weekly prizes.

The five Daily Winners will receive a Samsung Galaxy Note II each whereas the three Weekly Winners will have the opportunity to win cash prizes of up to RM15,000 each week by playing a simple game on the Menang Besar cruisers. These Weekly Winners will then qualify for the Grand Finale to be held at the end of June 2013, where they could win the Grand Prize of RM100,000.

"This seven-week campaign is DiGi's way of providing opportunities for customers to 'Menang Besar' or win big, just from the simple act of reloading their prepaid accounts. The contest mechanics are simple to enable our customers to easily win a smartphone or cash prizes worth up to RM15,000 each week. With over 80% of our customer base being prepaid customers, we anticipate the public response to be very encouraging," said Ting Shiew Han, Head of Products - Prepaid & Postpaid for DiGi.

DiGi Prepaid Menang Besar Contest Mechanics
For every single reload of RM10.00, the customer will receive one (1) entry. This means the customer can improve his chances of being one of the five Daily Winners through multiple reloads in a day. A single reload of at least RM30 simultaneously entitles the customer to one (1) entry for the Daily Prize and 1 entry for the Weekly Prize, but they can only win either one of the prizes.

For the Daily Prizes, DiGi will call up the lucky customers two days after their reload, between 3.00pm to 5.00pm, Mondays to Fridays. The chosen customer will be required to correctly answer a DiGi question in order to qualify for their Daily Prize.

For the Weekly Prizes, DiGi will call up the selected customers one week after their reload to correctly answer a question. These qualified individuals will be informed of the location of the nearest Menang Besar cruiser, where they could win up to RM15,000 in cash.
